بكتيريا الخيار.. أعراض الإصابة وسبل الوقاية

اشريشيا كولاي.. ضيف جديد على قائمة المخاطر التي تهدد العالم، فلم يكد الجنس البشري يتنفس الصعداء من انحسار خطر انفلونزا الخنازير، وسابقتها انفلونزا الطيور إلا وهلت علينا هذا الصيف شبح بكتيريا الخيار أو الخضار، وهي المسميات المتداولة لبكتيريا اشريشيا كولاي ''أتش يو أس''.وتعرف بكتيريا الخيار كما يقول المتخصصون والدوريات العلمية؛ بانها بكتيريا تسبب التحلل الدموي( إتش.يو.إس)، وهي مضاعفات خطيرة لنوع من البكتيريا المعوية المنتجة للسموم، وانها تنتقل للإنسان عبر تناول الخضراوات المصابة بها خاصة الخيار والخس والطماطم.

وطبقا لتأكيدات المركز الأوروبي للترصد والتحكم في الأمراض ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، فإن ميكروب " اشريشيا كولاي "، موجود حاليا في نبات الخيار فقط وتظهر أعراض المرض في صورة تكسير لكرات الدم الحمراء وفشل كلوى ومن أبرز اعراض المرض أن يكون بول المصاب مدمما والإصابة بإسهال وارتفاع في درجة الحرارة، وتؤدي إلى الوفاة.
وبحسب تأكيدات المتخصصين؛ تعد بكتيريا الخيار واحدة من أشرس انواع البكتيريا حيث يتسبب في حدوث مرض الفشل الكلوي كما أنه يصيب الجهاز العصبي المركزي للإنسان، كما تصيب هذه البكتريا أيضاً الدم والكلى وفي حالات أخرى أشد خطورة تصيب الجهاز العصبي وتكمن خطورة وباء بكتيريا الخيار مع الأطفال وكبار السن، وأن البكتيريا تصيب النساء بشكل كبير وأن أكثر ضحاياها من النساء، كم انها تعد أكبر وباء قاتل من نوعه في العالم بأكمله.


وينصح الأطباء ومسؤولو الصحة المواطنين بتجنب تناول الخيار والطماطم والخس حتى يتم تحديد سبب مرض "بكتيريا الخيار القاتل". وحتى يتم معرفة أسباب انتشار هذه البكتريا القاتلة لأن العلماء لم يعرفوا السبب الرئيسي لها حتى الآن، كما ينصح المتخصصون بالحرص على غسل الخضروات جيداً وخصوصاً الخيار.
