حقوقيون أفارقة يقاضون "الجزيرة" بتهمة التحريض على قتل الأفارقة في ليبياhttp://www.newsmc.info/portal/filemanager.php?action=image&id=2978

قرر نشطاء وحقوقيون من القارة الإفريقية مقيمون في أورويا بحضرون لرفع دعوى قضائية ضد قناة "الجزيرة" الإخبارية، لدورها في التحريض بالقتل وتعريض حياة الآلاف من أبناء القارة الإفريقية في ليبيا لخطر الموت حرقا والتشريد والاختفاء وضياع الممتلكات، وكانت الجزيرة قد نفت مثل هذه الاتهامات في ندوة احتضنتها الأسبوع الماضي، واستثنت خطأ مهنيا واحدا يتعلق بصور حول تعذيب سجناء قالت اتهم يمنيين، وهم ليسوا كذلك.


· فقد درجت "الجزيرة" منذ اندلاع الأزمة الليبية في تحريض الثوار على قتل المهاجرين من القارة الافريفية في ليبيا، وراء دوافع سياسية مغرضة، وتم وصفهم من قبل القناة بأنهم مرتزقة يدافعون عن نظام العقيد القذافي، ما أوغر الحقد والكراهية ضدهم في قلوب المناوئين لحكم العقيد القذافي، وساهم بشكل مباشر في النيل من هؤلاء البسطاء، الذين لا حول ولا قوة لهم في أرض ليس بأرضهم .
· ونتيجة لهذا التحريض قتل أكثر من خمسمائة من أبناء القارة في كل من بنغازي وأجدابيا وطبرق والدرنة والزاوية وزنتان والكفرة، وتم حرق بعضهم، وسحل البعض الآخر، وربطهم في الأعمدة الكهربائية واختفاء أكثر من ألف شخص، ولا يعرف مصيرهم، والمحظوظين منهم تركوا أمتعتهم ومدخرات سنين الغربة، وكثيرون منهم الذين عبروا الحدود إلي الدولة التونسية مازالوا محل مطاردة بسبب تهم "الجزيرة" الجزافية، حيث تم حرق مخيماتهم وسلب منهم القليل الذي يحملون معهم ، وأغلب هؤلاء المهاجرين من الصومال والسودان ومالي والنيجر ومورتانيا والسنغال ونيجيريا وبوركينافاسو والجزائر.
· إن نهج "الجزيرة" لم تتوقف عند هذا الحد، بل تعدها واستمرأت في بث صور القتلي من المهاجرين الأفارقة ويوسمهم بالمرتزقة الذين لقوا مصرعهم في ميادين القتال، وعرضت جوازات سفر ووثائق هوية أخري من ما يوحي بأنهم عمال لا مقاتلين، حيث المرتزق الذي يقاتل في صفوف نظام من الأولي أن يحمل بطاقة الوحدة العسكرية التي يعمل تحتها ولا يمكنه بأي حال من الأحوال أن يحمل وثيقة سفره معه.
· والي يومنا هذا، تسير "الجزيرة" علي نفس المنوال، وهذا سوف يعرض حياة ما تبقي منهم في مناطق سيطرة قوات القذافي في خطر إذا ما وصل المعارضون للنظام إلي تلك المناطق، حيث تعتبر "الجزيرة" شريكا في العملية ومسؤولة مسؤولية مباشرة أمام القانون من فعلها المنافع للعمل الإعلامي المهني، أسوة بالقنوات الإعلامية التي غطت حرب البوسنة ومذابح روندا والقنوات المسموعة في عهد هتلر بألمانيا .
وعليه، اللجنة تهيب من كل الذين لديهم معارف قتلوا أو لا يعرف مصيرهم، أو لديهم صور أو وثاثق أو فيديوهات، عليهم التواصل والاتصال باللجنة لتسهيل المهمة في نيل حقوق الضحايا ووقف التحريض للقتل.

لحد الان و لا دليل عن شيء اسمه مرتزقة افارقة او جزائريين او صحراويين مثلما ذهب اليه جيراننا المغربة ..
