محاكمة بن علي وزوجته ليلى الطرابلسي غيابيا قريبا

اعلن متحدث باسم وزارة العدل التونسية الجمعة ان الرئيس المخلوع زين العابدين بن علي وزوجته ليلى طرابلسي سيحاكمان غيابيا "في الايام او الاسابيع القادمة".
وقال كاظم زين العابدين ان ثمة ملفين بحق الرئيس السابق وزوجته جاهزان للمحاكمة في وقت يقيم الرئيس المخلوع وزوجته في السعودية بعد فرارهما من تونس.
وتابع المتحدث ان قاضيي التحقيق انهيا تحقيقاتهما وسيتم نقلها الى المحكمة الجنائية "في الايام او الاسابيع القادمة".
وستدور المحاكمة الاولى حول العثور على اسلحة ومخدرات في قصر قرطاج الرئاسي، بحسب المتحدث.
وكانت وزارة العدل التونسية اعلنت في 10 مارس العثور على حوالى كيلوغرامين من المخدرات (الحشيشة على الارجح) في المكتب الخاص للرئيس المخلوع في قصر قرطاج.
اما الشكوى الثانية، فتتناول المبلغ الذي عثرت عليه اللجنة التونسية لمكافحة الفساد في قصر بن علي في سيدي بوسعيد بضاحية شمال العاصمة التونسية في فيفري، وقدره 27 مليون دولار نقدا.
ويجري 88 تحقيقا بصورة اجمالية بحق بن علي وزوجته وعائلته ووزراء ومسؤولين سابقين في النظام، بحسب ما اعلن المتحدث باسم وزارة العدل مشيرا الى ان نسبة تقدمها تراوح بين "70 و80%".
وتتعلق الاتهامات بعمليات قتل عمدا واستغلال السلطة واختلاس اموال واتجار بقطع اثرية وتبييض اموال.
وطلب بن علي من المحامي اللبناني المعروف اكرم عازوري التوكل للدفاع عنه امام المحاكم التونسية والدولية .
ولجأ بن علي الى السعودية منذ مغادرته بلاده في 14 جانفي. واعلنت دول اوروبية عدة تجميد ممتلكات وحسابات مصرفية له ولافراد عائلته. وتم بعد رحيله توقيف 33 شخصا من افراد عائلته وعائلة زوجته ليلى الطرابلسي.
