خبز الشعير اممممممممم لذيذ و صحي
شوفي حبيبتي باه تصنعي الخبز لازم اولا تصنعي سميد تاع الشعير
الصراحة انا ما نعرفش
والدتي ربي يبارك في عمرها تخدمو
اولاتغسل الشعير ثم تفوروا و تخليه ييبس
من بعد تبعتو للرحى يترحى و من بعد تغربلوicon30
لان سميد الشعير اللي يتباع في المحلات قديم و تفوت عليه الغبرةthumbdownنتاع المارة و السيارات
و لنبدا في التحضير
احنا نقولو الحامضةnosweat
ضعي كمية السميد في جفنة و اضيفي شوية خميرة تاع الكسرة و شوية زيت الزيتون حسب الرغبة و الملح و الماء الى ان تتحصلي على عجينة
غطيها و خليها ترتاح ساعتين ثم اخبزيها و طيبيها في طاجين تاع الطين(تاع الكسرة)
و شهية طيبة
ملاحظة..خلي شوية من العجينة باه تخبزي بيها غدوة ان شاء الله

بعد ما تكوني خبزتيها ولازم تكون شوي سميكة ......... بللي يديك بالماء وبواسطة الاصابع حاولي انك تفصليها عن القصعة بحركات دائرية تحتها وبعد ما تتاكدي انها ما هيش لاصقة بقاع القصعة .ما ترفدهاش كالكسرة العادية بل ضعي يديك الاثنتين تحتها وهزيها كيما راهي وحطيها في االطاجين وما تقلبيهاش بزاف باه ما تتقسملكش وتخربيها.......... واذا جاتك العملية صعيبة حطيها فالقرن وما تكسريش راسك ..........اتمنى لك التوفيق.

ملاحظة :كسرة الشعير صعبة الاعداد في الاول ومع الوقت رايحة تحضريها بكل سهولة واحترافية كمان..
