"القاتل الصامت".. الجزائر تحت صدمة " ضغط الدم "

في آخر دراسة ميدانية لعدد المصابين بضغط الدم في الجزائر تبين ان هذا المرض لم يعد مجرد مرض عابر و كفى ، بل إن الأطباء باتوا يحذرون بشدة من ظاهرة خطيرة تسبب القلق لعدد كبير من الجزائريين.
وكشف أطباء مختصون في علاج الضغط الدموي بالجزائر مؤخراً أن عدد المصابين بهذا المرض الخطير بلغ 9 ملايين جزائري، أي ما يعادل رُبع عدد السكان البالغ عددهم 36 مليون نسمة.
ويؤكد البروفيسور جمال الدين نيبوش (مختص في أمراض القلب) أن هذا المرض يصيب نحو 30 إلى 35 بالمائة من الأشخاص البالغين 18 سنة فما فوق، بينما تصل النسبة إلى 57 بالمائة لدى الأشخاص الذين يتجاوزون الخمسين من أعمارهم.
ويستند نيبوش إلى دراسات قامت بها وزارة الصحة وباحثون جامعيون في الجزائر، ما دفعه إلى التأكيد بأن هذا "القاتل الصامت" كما يوصف عادة "يُعدّ الآن أخطر الأمراض المزمنة التي تهدد الصحة العامة في الجزائر وعبئاً يثقل كاهل ميزانيتها".
وتشكك مشكال نجية (رئيسة جمعية نجدة لمساعدة مرضى السكري والضغط الدموي) في هذا الرقم الذي يبقى حسب رأيها "بعيداً عن الواقع، بالنظر إلى جهل الكثير من المصابين به لمرضهم لعدم ظهور أعراض معينة تدل عليه ولاسيما في ظل تفشي اللامبالاة وسط المواطنين وعدم اكتراثهم بإجراء الفحوص الدورية وقياس ضغطهم".
ونظمت جمعية نجدة مؤخراً "يوماً توعوياً" بخطورة مرض ضغط الدم في بلدية "السحاولة" بالجزائر العاصمة، وشهد إقبالاً كبيراً وخاصة من المسنين لقياس ضغطهم وتمّ اكتشافُ 30 حالة جديدة في هذا اليوم فقط، واعتبرت رئيسة الجمعية ذلك "دليلاً على مدى تفشي المرض وعدم دقة الأرقام التي تقدم"، ما دام الكثيرون يحجمون عن الكشف الدوري ولا يعرفون إصابتهم إلا في حالة متقدمة من المرض.
ويعترف سليم بن خدة (رئيس الجمعية الجزائرية للضغط الدموي) بأن نسبة الإصابة بهذا المرض القاتل تشهد ارتفاعاً مستمراً ومقلقاً، لاسيما أن الإصابة به تأتي غير مصحوبة بأعراض معينة "ما يؤدي إلى نهش الشرايين وأعضاء حيوية كالقلب والدماغ والكلى، ويُفضي فيما بعد إلى الشلل والإعاقات الحركية والسكتات القلبية والدماغية".
ويقدم بن خدة أسباباً عديدة لتفشي المرض ومنها تبدُّل العادات الغذائية جذرياً لدى الجزائريين، حيث تنحسر الأكلات التقليدية الصحية باستمرار أمام الزحف المتواصل للأكلات سريعة التحضير، والاستهلاك المفرَط للأغذية المحلاّة والمالحة، وهو ما أدى إلى ظهور الضغط الدموي حتى في الأرياف في السنوات الأخيرة بعد أن بدأت تتخلى تدريجياً عن أغذيتها الصحية وراحت تلهث وراء الأغذية "العصرية" الجاهزة، وهي التي لم تعرف هذا المرض في العقود الماضية، ويضافُ إلى ذلك العواملُ الوراثية والقلق وضغوط الحياة والخمول وعدم ممارسة الرياضة.
وما يزيد معاناة مرضى الضغط الدموي أن الأدوية باهظة الثمن ومفقودة أحياناً عند الصيادلة، ويعزو نور الدين مخبِّي (رئيس جمعية إعانة المصابين بارتفاع ضغط الدم) السببَ إلى عدم مصادقة وزارة الصحة بعد على اتفاقية استيراد الأدوية لعام 2011، بينما يوشك مخزون الأدوية الخاصة بالمرض على الانتهاء "ولا توجد أدوية بديلة لها، لأن مصانع الدواء الجزائرية لا تصنّع أدوية خاصة بهذا المرض المزمن".
ويطالب مخبي الدولة بتعويض الأدوية الخاصة بهذا المرض بنسبة مئة بالمئة بدل 80 بالمئة كما هو معمول به حالياً، "حيث إن غلاء الأدوية يرهق ميزانيات الكثير من المرضى وبالأخص المسنين المتقاعدين الذين يتقاضون منح تقاعد محدودة".
