8 طرق للوقاية من مرض النسيان (الإزهايمر)

المستويات العالية من homocysteine قد ترتبط بالوظيفة الإدراكية السيئة.
بعض النتائج تشير إلا أن النسبة المنخفضة من homocysteine مع حامض الفوليك قد تزيد من الوظيفة الإدراكية.

5. العصائر الطبيعية.
