الجزائر تجمد أموال نظام القذافي

قررت الجزائر تجميد أموال العقيد معمر القذافي وعائلته ورموز نظامه والشركات التابعة له.

ويشمل قرار التجميد -فضلا عن رأس النظام- أبناء القذافي عائشة وحنبعل وخميس ومعمر محمد أبو منيار والمعتصم وسيف الإسلام القذافي إضافة إلى قادة عسكريين تابعين للقذافي.

وضمن المشمولين بالتجميد مؤسسات البنك المركزي الليبي وهيئة الاستثمارات الليبية وبنك ليبيا الخارجي، وصندوق الاستثمار الليبي في أفريقيا وشركة النفط الليبية الحكومية.

هذا القرار جاء تنفيذا للعقوبات التي نص عليها قرارا مجلس الأمن ضد نظام القذافيرقم 1973 و1970 الملزمين لجميع الدول.
عمليات التجميد ستشمل كل الأموال والعقارات والاستثمارات وعمليات التحويل البنكي وبقية أنواع عمليات التحويل التي قد تأمر بها جهات ذات صلة بنظام العقيد القذافي في الجزائر.

قررت الحكومة الجزائرية تجميد أي أموال أو أصول يملكها نظام الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي وعائلته وحاشيته في الجزائر وذلك استجابة لمطلب امريكي ومحاولة من الرئيس الجزائري تجنيب نفسه مصيرا مماثلا لمصير صديقه معمر القذافي وكشفت مذكرة داخلية وقعها وزير المالية كريم جودي ووجهها إلى جميع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية وشركات التأمين والإدارات العمومية والشركات الاقتصادية عن قرار التجميد.وذكرت صحيفة "الشروق اليومي" الجزائرية اليوم الأحد المذكرة التي تنص على إلزامية تعقب الأموال الليبية في البنوك والمؤسسات المالية الجزائرية تنفيذا للعقوبات المالية التي فرضها مجلس الأمن الدولي ضد نظام معمر القذافي، بموجب القرارين رقم 1970 و1973 الملزمين لجميع الدول الأعضاء .....
