المقادير
250 غ طحين
75 غ **دة طرية
قليل من الملح
صبغة بنفسجي وأبيض
ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا
ماء الزهر+ماء عادي
للحشو
500 غ من اللوز المطحون ناعما
250 غ مسحوق السكر
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا
2 بيض
1 ملعقة صغيرة من ماء الزهر ومن المضل يكون بعطر البرتقال

تحضير الحشو

في وعاء ،نقوم بخلط اللوز والسكر والفانيليا وماء الزهر ونجمع بالبيض

نضع الحشو على سطح مرشوش بالفرينة على ارتفاع 1 سم ونقوم بتقطيعه الى
مربعات 4 سم ونتركه جانبا
للعجينة
نخلط الفرينة والملح والفانيليا وال**دة ونرش عليها ماء الزهر ممزوج بماء عادي
لنتحصل على عجينة طرية نقوم بتلوين العجينة بالون البنفسجي

ونترك القليل منها بدون لون ويمكن ان نعكس العملية في تلوين العجينة
ونقوم بلف العجينة ونتركها ترتاح 10دقائق
بعد ماترتاح نقوم بحل العجينة في الالة الخاصة بالعجين
تمرير العجين في 1 ، يلي في عدد 3 ، ثم في عدد 5 وتنتهي عند الرقم 7.
ثم نقوم بتقطيعها شرائط عرضها 4 سم وطولها 11 سم

ثم ندخلها الفرن وعند اخراجها نتركها تبرد ثم نعسلها في عسل ساخن
