اردت ان افتح هذا الموضوع لنشارك فيه جميعا لعندها اي فكرة ناجحة في صنع الحلوى تكتبها هنا

اول فكرة عفسة ترجع الكوكاو لوز
01 كيلو كوكاو +علبة عطر اللوز
ناخد الكاكاو الي يلا قشور و نبيتوه ليلة كاملة في عصير 4 حبات ليمون أو 5 حسب الحجم حت يتشمخ كامل
- في الصباح ناخد الكاوكاو نضع ربع الكمية من عطر اللوز في قدر به 2 لتر ماء

- في الكسكاس نضع الكاوكاو و نضع أيضا ربع الكمية من عطر اللوز مع الكاوكاو

-نضع الكسكاس فوق القدر ونغلق

*** * هناك في الاسواق تباع قدو وكسكاس و غلاق من الزجاج الي نفورو طعام أي الكسكس فيهم راكم عرفتوهم *

- و نخلوهم يفورو من ساعة لزوج سوايع

**** *حداري كل مرة و نرقبوا على القدرة بالاك تنشف نزيدو لماء *

-حتي الكاوكاو يولي شوية شفاف نوخروه و نخلوه ينشف

- ندخلوه للفرن و نراقبوه مليح مالازمش ينحرق غير ينشف برك و يتغير لونو للوردي الفااااااااااااتح

-نخرجوه من الفرن و نخلوه يبرد

للحصول على قلاصاج القاتو شكولا يجمد بسرعة ذوبي الشكولا في حمام مريم مع الحليب الدافئ مع ملعقة صغيرة كاكاو اضيفي قليل من الزيت
وقطرات من الماء البارد جدا يمد لمعان للقلاصاج

لتلوين النواى دو كوكو نضع فوقه قطرات من الملون ونضعه في كيس بلاستكي وننغلق الكيس ونحركه جيدا بكل الاتجاهات حتى يتلون النوى دو كو

فكرة رائعة أم هديل
شاطرة مانخافش عليك
و انا ثاني راح نشارك معاك
إظافة إلى المعلومة لي قدمتيها على كيفية التخلص من ذوق الكاوكاو
نأخذو حوالي 250غ من الكاوكاو و50غ noix de coco
نرحيوهم مع بعض و نضيفو الفانيلا حوالي ملعقة كبيرة
طريقة أنا مجربتها و مضمونة أكيد خاصة للدزيريات

للحصول على عجينة بريزي pate briée مقرمشة و لذيذة
يجب إستعمال ماء مثلج و إظافة بيضة للوصفة التقليدية
مع الحرص على عدم عجنها حتى لا تذوب الزبدة
و وضعها في الثلاجة من 3 إلى 5 ساعات قبل استعمالها
