بن شيخة استقال أو أقيل ﻷنه فشل ...

كم من مسؤول أضراره على الشعب النفسية و المادية أخطر من مجرد مبارات كرة قدم لم يستقيل و لم يقال .. بالمختصر... لماذا المسؤولون الفاشلون لا يستقيلوا أو ُيقالوا أيضا ؟؟؟
