المبعوث الروسي : الكل مستعد للحوار في ليبيا ما عدا دول التحالف التي تقوم بمهام مبهمة

ـ نسعى لوقف سفك الدماء والانتقال إلى محادثات بوساطة دولية، هنا، في القاهرة أو في تونس أو مالطا

هيمن موضوع إنهاء النزاع العسكري في ليبيا، ومفاوضات الطرفين المتنازعين، ومصير الزعيم، معمر القذافي، على أعمال زيارة المبعوث الخاص للرئيس الروسي إلى إفريقيا، ميخائيل مارغيلوف، لمدينة بنغازي، حيث أجرى محادثات مع قادة المعارضة الليبية، وكذلك في القاهرة، حيث التقى قذاف الدم.

وتحدث ميخائيل مارغيلوف، عن نتائج زيارته إلى ليبيا، في ندوة صحفية نشطها، في القاهرة اليوم، الأربعاء، نقلت تفاصيلها إذاعة "صوت روسيا"، وقال إن " كلا الطرفين يعي أنه لا يمكن حل النزاع الراهن في ليبيا بطرق عسكرية، كما أنهما يعيان أنه ينبغي بدء الحديث عن النهضة الوطنية، ومستقبل تطور البلاد منذ اليوم بالذات، والأهم أن الليبيين وحدهم القادرون على إيجاد مخرج من النزاع الليبي، غير أن تدخلا أجنبيا لا يمكنه أن يساعدهم هنا".

وتطرق ميخائيل مارغيلوف إلى موضوع مصير القذافي، قائلا" في بنغازي أكدوا بوضوح إمكانية تجسيد كافة السيناريوهات المتعلقة بمصيره في غضون الأسبوعيين القادمين، أي حتى صدور قرار بهذا الشأن عن المحكمة الجنائية الدولي، ولا اعتقد أن الذين أجريت المحادثات معهم في بنغازي يتعطشون إلى الانتقام من العقيد القذافي. ويبدو لي أنه لا يستبعد أيا من حلول هذه المسألة، كما يستدل من نتائج قمة الدول الصناعية الثماني في دوفيل"..

وبطبيعة الحال تحدث ميخائل ماركيلوف عن النزاع العسكري في ليبيا، وقال" كل جهود الدبلوماسية الروسية تستهدف وقف سفك الدماء، وتفادي وقوع ضحايا جديد، والانتقال في أسرع ما يمكن إلى محادثات مهما كان شكلها، سواء أكانت مباشرة أو غير مباشرة،بحيث تجري بوساطة دولية، هنا، في القاهرة أو في تونس أو مالطا"..

وأضاف"عبر ممثلو المعارضة والقذافي أكثر من مرة عن استعدادهم للجلوس إلى طاولة المفاوضات، لكن كل شيء يتعثر الآن جراء تصرفات الناتو في ليبيا.. الكل مستعدون للحوار ما عدا بلدان التحالف، التي تقوم بأداء مهام مبهمة في الجماهيرية.

فليس واضحا ما إذا كانت تدافع عن سكان المحافظات الشرقية، أو تؤمن الحظر الجوي فوق ليبيا، أو تعمل على تخليصها من القذافي. ويرى خبراء كثيرون أنه يترتب عليها بالذات القيام بأول خطوة، وإلا فسوف يستمر النزاع المسلح وقتا طويلا".

من جهته، لخص، نائب رئيس المجلس الوطني الانتقالي، عبد الحفيظ غوقة، في حديث صحفي لإذاعة "صوت روسيا" أهم نتائج الزيارة، الذي قال "إنني أقدر إيجابيا نتائج هذه الزيارة".
وقال ممثل المجلس الانتقالي ان مبعوث الرئيس الروسي أكد أن روسيا تقف موقفا مبدئيا من النزاع في ليبيا، يتلخص في وجوب وضع حد لإراقة الدماء، كما أنه نقل إلى الشعب الليبي عبارات التأييد في هذه المرحلة الصعبة، وعبر عن أمله بأن يتسنى له تشكيل حكومة ديمقراطية في آخر المطاف".
