سائل لعلاج الكسور بديل للجبس

طبيب يشرح طريقة وصول مادة لاصق العظام إلى مكان الإصابة



ابتكر فريق من الباحثين في كلية علوم الكيمياء بجامعة التقنية العليا في مدينة برنو التشيكية سائلا يشبه المراهم قالوا إنه سيكون البديل عن الجبس والبراغي الفولاذية التي تعالج جميع أنواع كسور العظام في الجسم وأنه يعمل بطريقة أسرع في الشفاء.
وكشف رئيس قسم العيادة العظمية لدائرة براغ الرابعة ميريك بروخاسكا أن هذا الابتكار الجديد تم اكتشافه من طرف مختصين تشيكيين بالكيمياء، مشيرا إلى أنهم أطلقوا على المرهم الجديد اسم (لاصق العظام) وأنه سيكون له الفضل في تغيير طريقة العلاج التقليدية المتبعة حتى الآن وهي تركيب الجبس والبراغي في مكان الإصابة.
وأضاف بروخاسكا أن طريقة وضع هذا المرهم أو السائل الذي يتحول إلى مادة تقوم بتثبيت العظام وإعادتها إلى وضعها الطبيعي تتم عبر إبرة حقن يستعين بها الطبيب بمساعدة جهاز كمبيوتر يشير وبدقة إلى مكان الكسر لتقوم هذه المادة بتثبيت مكان الإصابة محدثة التفافا حول العظم ومكان الفراغ نتيجة الإصابة.
وقال بروخاسكا إن سائل لاصق العظام لا يحدث أي مضاعفات جانبية في الجسم بل يستطيع معه المصاب بالكسر التكيف وبشكل مريح مستغنيا عن عناء بقاء الجبس لأيام وأحيانا لأسابيع.
وأوضح أن السائل يتحول إلى مادة صلبة بسرعة الأمر الذي يجعله يعجل بالشفاء ويختصر الفترة الطويلة التي يحتاجها العظم للالتحام بشكل طبيعي بعد اعتماد الجسم على تعويض العظم المصاب بشكل آلي.
وأشار رئيس قسم العيادة العظمية لدائرة براغ إلى أن هذا النوع الجديد من العلاج مقارنة بالعلاج الاعتيادي الذي يحتاج إلى التجبير وزرع الأسلاك المعدنية وتثبيتها بالبراغي الفولاذية، سيحتاج إلى عدة أعوام أخرى حتى يتم نقله إلى كافة مستشفيات التشيك ويصبح الوحيد نظرا لغلاء سعره وعدم قدرة شركة التأمين على تغطية نفقاته.
ويذكر أنه يوجد في بعض المستشفيات نوع آخر لعلاج الكسور مرتفع الثمن وهو يدفع العظام إلى إنتاج خلايا جذعية بشكل أكبر تقوي الجهاز المناعي في الجسم، وتكفل هذه الطريقة شفاء المرضى بشكل أسرع، لكن دون الاستغناء عن وضع الجبس حول مكان الإصابة ولو لفترة زمنية أقل من الحالة العادية التي تطول لتصل إلى أسابيع من فترة العلاج.
