نصائح غذائيّة للتخلص من إنتفاخ البطن

1 - يجب التقليل من تناول الملح في الطعام حتى لا تحتبس السوائل في الجسم.
2 - يجب شرب كميّة كبيرة من الماء بين الوجبات للتخلّص من تخزين الملح في الجسم.
3 - للموز دور فعّال في توازن نسبة الملح في الجسم، والسبب يعود إلى عنصر البوتاسيوم الموجود في الموز والذي يساعد على التخلص من احتباس السوائل.
4 - لا تتناول المشروبات التي تحتوي الكافيين بكثرة (كالشاي والقهوة...) فهذه المشروبات تؤدي إلى إحتباس السوائل في الجسم.
5 - إنتبه إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية الحنطة التي تسبّب إنتفاخاً في البطن. إبتعد لمدة أسبوعين عن تناول كافة مشتقات الحنطة (المكرونة - والخبز الأبيض)، وركّز على تناول النشويات من مشتقات الذرة. فإذا شعرت بتحسّن فإنك تعانى من حساسيّة الحنطة وعليك بإتباع نظام خاص بعيد عن كافة مشتقات نشويات الحنطة.
6 - قلّل من تناول الأطعمة الدهنيّة، واستبدل لحم الغنم بلحم البقر.
7 - لا تتناول المعجنات صباحاً، كالكرواسون والمناقيش، واستبدلها بالخبز الأسمر المحمص.
8 - لا تتناول «الآيس كريم«، واستبدله باللبن القليل الدسم بنكهة الفاكهة أو الذي يحتوي على قطع فاكهة صغيرة.
9 - إستعمل طريقة القلي بكميّات زيت قليلة جداً حتى بالنسبة إلى المأكولات التي تتطلّب قلياً عميقاً بالزيت. ويفضل الإبتعاد عن الأطعمه المقليه فهذا أفضل وأصح .
10- إحذرمن تناول بعض أنواع الخضروات النيّئة فإنها تسبّب إنتفاخ البطن منها: القرنبيط (الكرنب)، والبصل الأخضر.
11 - إنّ الأطباق المقليّة وكثرة التوابل والفلفل يؤثران سلباً على وضع البطن وانتفاخه.
12 - إستهلك النوع الطري من الأجبان الذي يكون سهل الهضم، وابتعد عن القاسي منه كجبنة الغرويير.
13 - لا تمزج بين تناول البروتين والدهون مع السكريات وإلا أصبحت عملية الهضم صعبة للغاية. لذلك ينصح بتناول الفاكهة قبل فترة من تناول الطعام.
14 - تناول كوباً من شاى أوراق النعناع وذلك بغلى الماء ثم بعد غلق النار عنه ضع بعض الأوراق أو المسحوق ثم غطه حتى لا تتطاير منه الزيوت الطياره وهذا بعد كل وجبة لتمتص الغازات الموجودة في البطن.
15 - لا تشرب المشروبات الغازية لأنّ لها تأثيراً سلبياً على البطن وتؤدي إلى بروز البطن. ولا ننسى تأثيرها فى العمل على تآكل الجدار المعوى .
16 - ينصح جميع الذين لا يتخلون عن «اللبان«، بتركه فوراً لأنها تسبّب تجمّع الهواء في البطن.
17 - لا تكثر من تناول الفاكهة الغنيّة بالأحماض - كالليمون والحامض خصوصاً إذا كنت تعاني من الإمساك والمغص.
18 - إعتمد على الخس كعنصر مساعد للجهاز الهضمي في عملية الإفراز، فتناوله بشكل سلطة، واعتمد على السبانخ والكوسه التي تسهّل الهضم، خصوصاً إذا تمّ تناولها مع مأكولات ذات هضم بطيء كالمكرونة والأرز.
19 - إيّاك والأكل بين الوجبات، وعندما تشعر بالجوع كل تفاحة أو إشرب كوباً من اللبن.
20 - إنتبه، إن تناول عصير الفاكهة في الصباح،يسبّب الإنتفاخ في المعدة.
21- إبتعد تماما عن التدخين ففوق أنه محرم فإنه سبب كل شر يصيب صحة الإنسان فهو يؤذى دنياك بالأمراض ويؤذى آخرتك بالوقوع فى النيران . والعياذ بالله .
