علاج الإرهاق الدائم


من أعراض ذلك الاضطراب آلام مبهمة ممتدة تنتشر فى عضلات الجسم وفى المفاصل وتستمر المسألة وتصبح بالفعل مشكلة صحية مزمنة، تسبب لصاحبها إنهاكاً ذهنياً وجسدياً مستمراً ويحدث هذا فجأة لشخص كان فى السابق صحيح الجسم.


■ اضطراب نادر وصعب خاصة إذا امتدت أعراضه إلى الجهاز الهضمى، جهاز المناعة والحساسية، القلب والأوعية الدموية، مما يصيب صاحبه بالاكتئاب. ويعتقد حسب بعض الإحصاءات العالمية أنه يصيب نحو 4 من البالغين من كل 1000، غير أنه منتشر فى بلادنا العربية، نظراً لأننا كثقافة نفسية وصحية نعتمد على مفهوم «الجسدية» أى أننا (لا شعورياً) نترجم مشاكلنا، همومنا ومصادرنا إلى متاعب جسدية بحتة.


يبدأ المرض وكأن صاحبه قد أصيب بنوبة أنفلونزا، أو برد شتاء عابر (ويبدأ الاضطراب غالباً فى فصل الشتاء) مُصاحباً - أحياناً - لبعض التهابات الجهاز التنفسى، لكن التعب، والأعراض تستمر إلى ما بعد انتهاء البرد أو الالتهاب، وكأى نوع من التعب الشديد يعقب الإصابة بفيروس ما.


أعراض التشخيص الصحيح:


- التعب غير المفهوم، غير المحدد، والمستمر بلا تحسن لمدة ستة أشهر أو أكثر.


- اضطراب الذاكرة أو التركيز.


- إرهاق شديد بعد بذل مجهود بدنى قليل.


- نوم مضطرب غير مريح.


- آلام فى العضلات والمفاصل.


- صداع من نوع جديد شديد وثقيل.

■ مازال العلم حائراً فى الأسباب الحقيقية لهذا الاضطراب، وهناك عدة نظريات تدور حول الموضوع ولا تصل إلى لبه، حول اضطراب وظائف الجهاز المناعى، عوامل نفسية اجتماعية، إصابة فيروسية، اضطرابات فى محور (غدة ما تحت المهاد - الغدة النخامية - الغدة الجاركلوية).


ماذا تفعل إذا كانت لديك بعض أعراض الإعياء المزمن؟


■ الطعام الزائد فيه السكر الأبيض أو الملح يزيد الإحساس بالتعب.


■ عدم تناول الإفطار صباحاً مع التدخين وشرب القهوة والشاى والمياه الغازية يؤدى إلى تفاقم الحالة.


■ عليك بتناول وجبات صحية من الفاكهة والخضراوات وأكثر من السوائل ونظم أوقات تناولك للطعام.


■ حاول أن تتخلص من مصادر التوتر والإجهاد العصبى.



■ نظم وقتك، فهذا سرّ عظيم يؤهلك للتخلص من كثير من أعراضك ويمكنك من الراحة الحقيقية.


■ حرك أجزاء جسمك بشكل منتظم ودائم، ألعب أى نوع من الرياضة البسيطة حتى يجرى الدم فى عروقك من رأسك حتى قدميك. للتعامل مع فترة ركود الطاقة فى فترة ما بعد الظهر يشعر معظم الناس بنعاس بعد الغداء نتيجة الانخفاض فى مستويات الطاقة، ويرتبط ذلك بإيقاع المخ وانتظامه.
