في أول تصريح لرئيس الفاف محمد روراوة بعد نكسة مراكش يؤكد فيه على خيار المدرب الاجنبي
كحل للكارثة التي أصابت كرة القدم الجزائرية على حد قوله.

" رُبّ ضارّةٍ نـــافعـــة" !



و في مستهل حديثه الذي خص به القناة الإذاعية الثالثة قال العضو في الهيئة التنفيذية للفيفا أن " اللقاء كان كارثة بالنسبة إلي كوني جزائريا بل ومسؤولا عن كرة القدم في الجزائر(...)أعتقد أنه ما من داعٍ للتفصيل في هذا الموضوع بما أنه تم التطرق إليه بإسهاب في الايام التي أعقبت خاسرة الفريق الوطني في الرابع جوان الفارط".

وواصل روراوة قائلا:" فيما يخصني ...لقد أصبت بخيبة أمل كبيرة حيث أنه انتابني أمل في هذا الفريق الذي يملك إمكانيات لا يستهان بها بالعودة من الاراضيالمغربية بتعادلٍ على الأقل(...)ليس من عادتي أن أهرب من المسؤولية ، لكن يجب علينا نسيان هذه الهزيمة بسرعة من أجل انطلاقة جديدة ... رب ضارة نافعة !".

" لا يمكنني التماس الأعذار لأي مسؤول كان لكن كرة القدم فيها الحزن و فيها الفرح، فيها الخسارة و فيها الفوز ... لقد فزنا نحن كذلك على المغرب في المغرب و خسرنا هنا أمام فرق أخرى ..إنها كرة القدم في النهاية".



وأكد روراوة في هذا السياق أن الدرس هذا يجب أن يأخذه الطاقم الفني المقبل بعين الجد إذا ما أراد تحقيق نتائج إيجابية في المستقبل(...)فيما يخصنا نحن عاكفون على تحليل هذه المباراة بطريقة علمية لمعرفة سبب ردة الفعل السلبية التي ظهرت على المجموعة و هذا كله سيكون حتما في خدمة الطاقم الفني الذي سيتولى الفريق في المستقبل القريب."




"أصبحنا لا نسجل حتى عن طريق الكرات الثابتة"


وخلال حديثه ذكر روراوة القائم على حصة فوتبول ماغازين أن الفريق لم يسجل منذ مدة و هو أمر لا بد من معالجته وقال في هذا الصدد:"لم نسجل أهدافا منذ مدة طــويلة...لقد سجلنا هدفا في لقاء عنابة عن طريق ضربة جزاء!إنه أمر ينبغي الوقوف عنده لما ذا لا نسجل؟(...) في السابق كنا نسجحل عن طريق الكرات الثابتة و الان لا نستطيع حتى الاسنفادة من هذه الكرات تذكر أننا استفدنا من حوالي 30 كرة ثابتة خلال لقاء تنزانيا لكن الاخير انتهى بالتعادل السلبي بملعبنا ؟(...) لقد كانت انطلاقتنا في هذه التصفيات سيئة ! "



على اساس ما سلف، يقول محمد روراوة:" أعتقد أنه يجب أن نجد الحلول اللازمة لهذه الوضعية و يجب على اللاعبين الذين ينتمون للفريق الوطني و الذين سينضمون لاحقا إضافة إلى الطاقم الجديد العمل مع مدرب يتمتع باقدمية ولديه الخبرة اللازمة وسبق له الفوز بعدجة استحقاقت ، إضافة إلى كونه مدربا "رابحاً" يعمل على جمع اللاعبين لتحقيق هدف نبيل و هو الفوز بل وصنع "مكنة لتحقيق الانتصارات" كما هو الحال مع الجميع (...) المرة الأخيرة التي فزنا بها عن طريق عمل جماعي متكامل هي مباراتنا لاالتي جمعتنا بمنتخب كوت ديفوار برسم ربع نهاي أمم إفريقيا بأنغولا و بعدها تراجعنا كما تعلمون".




" دافعت عن فكرة المدرب المحلي و ضميري مرتاح لذلك"


وفيما يخص تجربة المربين المحليين على رأس الفريق الوطني قال روراوة بنبرة من الحسرة للمستوى الذي بلغه التدريب المحلي " لقد أعطينا الفرصة للاطارات المحلية بالرغم من اعتراض البعض لذلك(...) لن تجد من أعطى الفرصة للمدرب المحلي مثلي ، لقد دافعت عنهم حتى اخر دقيقة و ضميري مرتاح لذلك".


"أنا لا أعارض فكرة مرافقة الطاقم الاجنبي بإطارات محلية"


ولم يعترض المتحدث في هذا السياق أن يرافق جمع من الإطارات المحالية الطاقم الفني الاجنبي إن كان ذلك يصب في منحى تكوينهم فكرة عن التدريب عالي المستوى وذلك يصب كله في التحضير للانتقال من الهواية الى الاحتراف.

وأما عن الخطوات التي قطعتها الاتنحادية في عملية البحث عن خليفة المدربين المحليين سعدان و بن شيخة، قال روراوة:" كما تعلمون لقد لنطلقنا في عرضٍ مفتوح على موقعنا على الانترنت و المواقع المتخصصة في توظيف المدربين وبدأنا في استقبال الترشحا منذ عشية هذا الخميس، ونحن عاكفون على تحليلها وهو الامر الذي سيلقى على عاتق لجنة يرأسها محمد مشرارة و تضم كل من علي فرقاني ، عبد الحفيظ تصفاوت بلإضافة إلى عطوي و ستعرض هذه اللجنة اقتراحاتها للمكتب الفدرالي خلال اجتماعاته القادمة و سنختالر الاصلح بعد مشاورات سنجريها مع ثلاثة من قائدي الفريق الوطني خلال الثلاثة أجيال الاخيرة حيث أن رأيهم سيفيدنا لا محالة، وعلى اساس ذلك سنفتح الالمفاوضات مع هذا المدرب ذاك لينتهي الامر كليا قبل اللقاء الودي المقبل شهر أوت الاتي".
