المجلس الانتقالي الليبي ينتظر الموافقة لزيارة الجزائر


ينتظر المجلس الانتقالي الليبي إشارة موافقة من الجزائر، ليقوم وفد عنه بزيارة للقاء المسؤولين الجزائريين، بغية إذابة الجليد الذي تسببت فيه ''قضية المرتزقة''. وكشفت وزيرة التضامن السابقة والناشطة في المجتمع المدني، سعيدة بن حبيلس، لـ''الخبر'' هذه المعلومات في أعقاب زيارة قادتها إلى ليبيا على مرتين ضمن وفد دولي، الأولى كانت في نهاية مارس والثانية جرت منتصف شهر أفريل الماضيين.


وضم الوفد الدولي نشطاء من المجتمع المدني في كل من فرنسا وبلغاريا وبلجيكا والجزائر، بقيادة الفرنسي إيف بونيي، رئيس المركز الدولي للبحث والدراسات في الإرهاب ومساعدة ضحايا الإرهاب، وزار خلالها عدة مدن ليبية تابعة لمناطق نفوذ طرفي النزاع في كل من طرابلس وبنغازي. وسألت ''الخبر'' السيدة بن حبيلس عن حقيقة تهمة المرتزقة التي ما تزال تثير الجدل في الساحة الإعلامية رغم التكذيب الجزائري والنفي الأمريكي الداعم.


وفي هذا السياق، أوضحت بن حبيلس أن الوفد الدولي سأل في اجتماع رسمي مع أعضاء المجلس الانتقالي ببنغازي عن حقيقة الاتهامات الموجهة للجزائر بشأن المرتزقة، فأجاب السيد صلاح البشيري، عضو لجنة العلاقات الدولية بالمجلس وسفير ليبيا السابق بماليزيا بالنفي، وأكد أن ''المجلس لم يتهم رسميا الجزائر بأنها أرسلت مرتزقة لدعم القذافي''. في الشق القانوني، زار الوفد الدولي سجن بنغازي بطلب من السيدة بن حبيلس للقاء ''المرتزقة'' وبمرافقة من السيدة سلوى الدغيلي، عضو اللجنة القانونية بالمجلس الانتقالي، فوجدوا في السجن 70 لـــيـبــــيا وأجنبيين اثنـــين أحدهما غاني والآخر جزائري، يسمى بن حمودة من مواليد تبسة عام .1978 هذا الشاب أخبر السيدة بن حبيلس أنه يعمل في سوق بنغازي منذ ثلاث سنوات قبل أن يقبض عليه بتهمة أنه ''مرتزق''. والملاحظ أن هذا الشاب، حسب المتحدثة، رفض توكيل محام ورفض العودة إلى الجزائر، بحجة أنه ''مرتاح في بنغازي''.


سياسيا، أكدت سعيدة بن حبيلس أن علي زيدان ممثل المجلس الانتقالي في أوروبا، طلب لقاءها في باريس عقب زيارتها لبنغازي. وخلال اللقاء أبلغ زيدان الذي كان يقدم نفسه على أنه الممثل الشخصي لرئيس المجلس، مصطفى عبد الجليل، رغبة المجلس الانتقالي الليبي في زيارة الجزائر للقاء المسؤولين والتواصل معهم. وقال زيدان تعليقا على تهمة المرتزقة إن ''الجزائر دولة جارة لنا ونحن لا نلتفت لهذه الدعايات المعروفة''. وبحسب السيدة بن حبيلس، فإن ''المجلس الانتقالي ينتظر موافقة الجزائر على زيارة وفد منه لبعث العلاقات''.


وبالعودة إلى مشاهدات الوفد الدولي، فالملاحظ، حسب المتحدثة، أن سلطات بنغازي رفضت الموافقة على طلب الزيارة إلا بعدما تدخل الفرنسي " برنار ليفي" شخصيا لدى المجلس الانتقالي، وتمت الزيارة في 14 أفريل الماضي، وخلالها شوهدت الأعلام الفرنسية بعدد أكبر من أعلام العهد الملكي في ليبيا. وفي الشارع البنغازي يتحدث الناس بلهجة انتقامية من نظام العقيد القذافي الذي انقلب على الملك إدريس السنوسي، وعبّر كثيرون عن حنينهم لعهد الملكية. أما في طرابلس، فوصفت السيدة بن حبيلس الأجواء بأن ''هناك معالم دولة قائمة، فهناك شرطة مرور بزي رسمي وهناك جيش وهناك حركة للمواطنين''. ويرفع الشارع في طرابلس شعارات ''يسقط يسقط ساركوزي''، مقابل شعارات ''وان تو ثري، فيفا ساركوزي.. في بنغازي''.



وانتهى تقرير الوفد الدولي الذي عرض، أمس، في باريس إلى انتقاد تدخل مجلس الأمن في ليبيا بناء على تقارير الفضائيات وليس بناء على تحقيق ميداني، كما انتهى إلى انتقاد ساركوزي الذي تدخل في شأن ليبيا دون المرور على البرلمان الفرنسي.

هذه النتيجة جيدة و تسير في طريق الجبهة الرافضة لما يحصل في ليبيا

الجزائر لا تعترف و بمزاجها الا من يبسط سيطرته على طرابلس ..

و شهد شهود من اهالي ساركوزي ان المجتمع الدولي تم تنويمه مغناطيسيا من قبل القنوات الاعلامية الفضائية و التقارير الكاذبة لليفي و ازلامه و صوروا و عدوا القتلى بالالاف في اقل من اسبوعين بينا تؤكد الامم المتحدة كمقارنة ان عدد القتلى بسوريا تعدى الالف منذ بداية الاحداث و لنقارن صور سوريا و ليبيا ...

فلا احسن من مملكة خليجية بشمال افريقيا تأتمر بأوامرهم و بسهولة و تعيد لهم المزايا المفقودة بسبب القذافي ..
