القذافي يشيد بالكونغرس الأميركي لانتقاده الحملة العسكرية على ليبيا

أشاد الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي بالكونغرس الأميركي لانتقاده الرئيس باراك اوباما بشان العمليات العسكرية التي يشنها الحلف الأطلسي على بلاده، وذلك في رسالة وجهها إلى الكونغرس.

وتحدث القذافي في رسالته عن الجدل المتزايد في الكونغرس حول ما إذا كان اوباما قد تجاوز سلطاته الدستورية بإشراك قوات أميركية في النزاع دون تخويل من الكونغرس.

وقال القذافي في الرسالة التي لم يوجهها إلى أي زعيم محدد في الكونغرس، انه تابع "باهتمام كبير" المناقشات في الكونغرس حول المشاركة الأميركية في الهجوم الذي يشنه حلف الأطلسي على قواته.

وجاء في الرسالة التي وقع عليها القذافي بوصفه "قائد الثورة العظمى" "نحن واثقون من إن التاريخ سيشهد على حكمة بلادكم في مناقشة هذه القضايا".

وكانت مصادر في الكونغرس قد أكدت تلقي الرسالة إلا أنها لم تؤكد مصداقيتها.

ضمانات تركية

من جهة اخرى، قال رئيس الوزراء التركي رجب طيب اردوغان الجمعة إن تركيا عرضت على الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي "ضمانات" مقابل مغادرته البلاد، إلا أنها لم تتلق منه أي رد.

وقال اردوغان في تصريح لتلفزيون ان تي في "ليس أمام القذافي خيار آخر سوى مغادرة ليبيا مع منحة ضمانا. وقد منحناه هذا الضمان. لقد قلنا له إننا سنساعد على إرساله إلى أي مكان يرغب في الذهاب إليه".

إلا أن اردوغان لم يكشف عن مزيد من تفاصيل الضمانات.

وقال "واعتمادا على الجواب الذي سنحصل عليه منه، سنناقش المسالة مع حلفائنا في حلف الأطلسي، ولكن للأسف لم نتلق منه جوابا بعد".

بترايوس يبحث في ايطاليا الوضع الليبي

من ناحيتها أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الايطالية أن قائد القوة الدولية في أفغانستان الجنرال ديفيد بترايوس، الذي سيتولى قريبا رئاسة وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الأميركية "CIA"، بحث في روما سبل التوصل إلى حل سياسي للنزاع في ليبيا.

وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان أن وزير الخارجية الايطالي فرانكو فراتيني ناقش وقائد القوة الدولية للمساعدة على إرساء الأمن في أفغانستان (إيساف) التابعة لحلف شمال الأطلسي "تشديد الضغط السياسي والعسكري على نظام القذافي وإمكانية التوصل إلى حل سياسي لليبيا ديموقراطية".

وتناولت المباحثات بشكل عام التطورات السياسية-المؤسساتية المقبلة في شمال إفريقيا، ولا سيما في مصر وتونس ومنطقة القرن الإفريقي، بحسب البيان.

السؤال الذي يطرح دائما لماذا ركبوا ثورة اللبيين و ميعوها تمييعا؟
من سمح لهم بذلك و هم من كانوا ازلاما من ازلاما من ازلام نظام القدافي ؟
هل فهمت مقصدنا و غايتنا الان ايها الاخ المدافع على ليفي و ساركو بقصد او بغير قصد؟
