الأسد يرفض الرد على الاتصالات الهاتفية لبان كي مون

رفض الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد الرد على اتصالات هاتفية من قبل الامين العام للامم المتحدة بان كي مون.
وقال المتحدث باسم الامم المتحدة مارتن نيسيركي للصحافيين ان بان كي مون حاول الاتصال هاتفيا بالاسد الخميس الا ان الرد كان ان الرئيس السوري "غير موجود".
وانتقد بان كي مون الاسد مرات عدة منذ اندلاع الحركة الاحتجاجية في سوريا منتصف مارس والتي اسفر عن اكثر من 1100 قتيل بحسب منظمات حقوقية.
وبعيد اعلان نبأ الاتصال الاخير، اعرب الامين العام للامم المتحدة عن "قلقه الشديد" من استمرار اعمال العنف في سوريا، مؤكدا ان "استخدام القوة العسكرية ضد المدنيين امر غير مقبول".
وعبر بان عن قلقه لارتفاع عدد الضحايا من المدنيين وخصوصا بعد العملية الجديدة في جسر الشغور شمال غرب سوريا.
واضاف بان كي مون حسب ما نقل عنه المتحدث باسمه انه "من واجب السلطات السورية حماية شعبها واحترام حقوقه"، داعيا السلطات السورية الى البدء بـ"اصلاحات حقيقية".
وتابع ان "الامين العام يبقى مقتنعا بان الطريقة الوحيدة لتلبية دعوات الشعب السوري الى تغيير سلمي هو بدء حوار وطني شامل واطلاق اصلاحات حقيقية".
وقد اجرى الامين العام للامم المتحدة ثلاث محادثات هاتفية عاصفة مع الاسد. والشهر الفائت صرح بان ان الاسد قال له "لماذا تستمر بالاتصال بي؟".
وفي احد الاتصالات الهاتفية وعد الاسد بان بالسماح لمحققي حقوق الانسان في الامم المتحدة بالدخول الى سوريا، لكنه لم يف بوعده ولم يسمح لفريق التحقيق بدخول الاراضي السورية.
والاسبوع الماضي اعرب بان عن "قلقه الشديد" لتصاعد اعمال العنف التي تمارسها السلطات السورية بحق المتظاهرين، وتحدث عن حصيلة للضحايا تجاوزت الف قتيل.
