عائشة القذافي ترفع دعوى ثانية في باريس لمقتل اربعة من اعضاء اسرتها في قصف للحلف الاطلسي

اعلن محامي عائشة القذافي ان ابنة الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي رفعت دعوى ثانية في باريس تتعلق "بجرائم حرب" و"قتل" بعد مقتل اربعة من افراد عائلتها في غارة لحلف شمال الاطلسي نهاية أفريل في طرابلس.
وكان محاميان فرنسيان اكدا انهما موكلان من قبل عائشة القذافي رفعا دعوى في باريس واخرى في بروكسل للوقائع نفسها.
وقالت ايزابيل كوتان بير التي اكدت انها محامية ابنة الزعيم الليبي، لوكالة فرانس برس انها تقدمت بدعوى منفصلة الى نيابة باريس.
وتستهدف هذه الدعوى وقائع "قتل وجرائم حرب" ارتكبها "الضباط الفرنسيون" العاملون في اطار عملية حلف شمال الاطلسي، والحلف نفسه و"وزير الدفاع الفرنسي جيرار لونغيه" و"رئيس الجمهورية قائد الجيوش" نيكولا ساركوزي.
واوضحت المحامية نفسها انها زارت ليبيا هذا الاسبوع بطلب من عائشة القذافي التي طلبت منها رفع الدعوى.
وتتعلق الدعوى بالغارة التي شنها الحلف الاطلسي في 30 أفريل وقتل فيها سيف العرب القذافي (29 عاما) اصغر ابناء القذافي وثلاثة من احفاد الزعيم الليبي هم سيف (سنتان) وقرطاج (سنتان) ومستورة (اربعة اشهر)، حسب طرابلس.
وتتعلق الدعوتان الاخريان اللتان رفعهما الثلاثاء امام نيابة بروكسل والنيابة الفدرالية البلجيكية المحامي لوك بروسوليه وفي باريس دومينيك اتدجيان، "بجرائم حرب" و"قتل".
