أقراص مضادة للسكري تتسبب في سرطان المثانة

قررت الوكالة الفرنسية لسلامة المنتجات الصحية سحب أقراص ''أكتوس'' المضادة للسكري المتداولة حاليا بالصيدليات، للاشتباه في تسببها في الإصابة بالسرطان، وهو خطر يهدّد حياة حوالي ثلاثة ملايين مريض بالجزائر، باعتبار أن وزارة الصحة لم تخطر لحد الآن الهيئات المختصة للسحب الفوري لهذا الدواء.


وكشفت مصادر مسؤولة من وزارة الصحة بأن مصالح الصيدلة لم تتلق لحد الآن مراسلة من الوكالة الفرنسية لسلامة المنتجات الصحية ''أفسابس'' لسحب دوائي ''أكتوس''. و''كومبيتاكت'' المضادين للسكري واللذين تصنعهما شركة (تاكيدا) اليابانية، بسبب الاشتباه في تسببهما في الإصابة بسرطان المثانة عند الرجال، ما يفسر تداول هذا المنتج حاليا على مستوى الصيدليات.


وقالت مصادرنا بأن مصالح الوزارة على اطلاع بقرار الهيئة الفرنسية، ''غير أنه لا يمكنها التحرك في مثل هذه الحالة ومراسلة الهيئات التابعة لها وكذا الصيدليات الخاصة للشروع في السحب الفوري لهذين العقارين، إلا إذا تلقت مراسلة رسمية من الوكالة الفرنسية والمخبر المنتج للدوائين مثلما ينص عليه القانون، الشيء الذي لم يحصل لحد الآن''.


وتوقعت المصادر التي تحدثت إلينا، أن توجه مصالح الصيدلة على مستوى الوزارة تحذيرا إلى الهيئات المختصة غدا الأحد أو بعد غد على أكثـر تقدير بالنظر إلى الإقبال الواسع على دواء ''أكتوس'' الموجود حاليا على مستوى الصيدليات، حيث يتم استعماله من طرف مرضى السكري الذين يعانون البدانة ولا يمكنهم العلاج بالأنسولين، وهي شريحة تمثل نسبة كبيرة من العدد الإجمالي لمرضى السكري المقدر بحوالي ثلاثة ملايين.


وتم التوصل إلى هذه النتيجة عقب دراسة أجريت على المادة الفعالة للدوائين، والتي يطلق عليها اسم ''بيوجليتازون''، في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2000 و2009، على أساس المقارنة بين عدد حالات الإصابة بسرطان المثانة بين أكثـر من 150 ألف مريض بالسكري يعالجون بهذه المادة، وقرابة 5,1 مليون مريض آخر، يعالجون بمواد أخرى ضد مرض السكري، حيث تبين أن مخاطر الإصابة بسرطان المثانة بلغت في المجموعة الأولى حوالي 20 بالمائة.
