السلام عليكم... ربما لانى طرقت جميع الابواب لأجد حل لمشكلتى التى هى من حق كل مواطن تتوفر فيه شروط تضعها الحكومة لكنى واحد من من وجدوا انفسهم ضحية محسوبية وبيروقراطية ضالمة تجعل من له الايمان ان يضعف ويفكر فى ....قصتى بدات يوم تزوجت وتقدمت بملف طلب سكن اجتماعى سنة 1999 ......للعلم انى كنت اقطن فى بيت الوالدين الذى هو من حق 09 اخوة المهم قامت مصالح البلدية بتوزيع مئات السكنات دون ان استفيد مع انى لم استفد من قبل من اى شيئ وشهادة السلبية تثبت ذالك...انتضرت بصبر قاربة صبر ايوب لما الاقيه من مشاكل لايعلمها الا الله..
وغاب ملفى فى غياهب الادراج حتى سنة2005 حين تلقيت برقية من مصالح الدائرةتبلغنى انه تم دراسة ملفى ولم تتم الموافقة عليه لان دخلى الشهرى يفوق 1500.00دج فا اين كان ملفى طيلة 06 سنوات...ولما وجدوا سبب قانونى بعثوا لى ....لكن الغريب انه بعد سنة عدل قانون الحصول على سكن
واصبح اقل من 24000.00دج له الحق لكن هذه المرة لم يبعثوا لى ليعلمونى انهمن حقى ويجب تدعيم ملفى او....فا عندما اخرجنى القانون بعثوا لى ولما اعادنى لم يبعثوا لى اليس هذا ضلم واجحاف وحقرة ......المهم فى البرقية التى بعثوا لى بها اعلمونى انه يتوجب عليا التوجه الى السكن التساهمى وانه هناك برنامج لسنة 2005 ولكن هذا البرنامج لم يرى النور الا هذه السنة اى 2011 فما كان من سوى ان تقدمت بملف اخرلانهم رفضوا ان اتقدم بالملف الاول لاقدميته....المهم ....هذه السكنات هى املى الاخير ولم اعد احتمل وعلى علمى انهم سا يقصونى هذه المرة كا سابقاتها ولكن اود ان يعلموا انى هذه المرة لن اسكت لانه حقى ....وعلى علمى ان صوتى لن يسمع الا بطريقة واحدة...ولن اتردد فى القيام بها لانه ان ضاق الحال لا تفيد اقوال ....وقبل ان اتسرع...سانتضر ويوم لا استفيد ذاك شان اخر.....لأن اللجنة التى تقوم بفرز الملفات لا تراعى الشروط بل اول شرط هو ان تكون من المقربين و......اما انا فا لاملك سوى انى جزائرى......فا اما ان اكون او لاكون....طرقت جميع الابواب دون جدوى راسلت السيد رئيس الدائرة والسيد الوالى والسيد رئيس الحكومة وفخامة رئيس الجمهورية..لكنى لم اجد حل لحد الساعة انا لاطلب المستحيل سوى سكن ابنى فيه مستقبلى وان لم يراعى لطلبى ما فائدة العيش...لهم الحق ان يجروا تحقيق وان وجدوا انى استفدت من قبل من اى شيئ لهم الحق فى محاسبتى وانا مستعد حتى الزوجة لم تستفد من اى شيئ .......لا نريد سوى سكن يا جزائر......المهم....ان لم استفد هذه المرة...ستكون لى رسالة الى جميع الجرائد الوطنية وساتكون اخر رسالة لى....لان هناك 50سكن تساهمى فى طور الانجاز وساانتضر وان لم يكن اسمى من المستفدين سا يموت الامل بالنسبة لى ولن يبقى لى هدف فى هه الحياة لانى اريد ان اطمئن على مستقبل عائلتى ......
لانى سئمت حياة الترحال من البيت العائلى الى بيت النسيب...حياة ذل وهوان.....وحتى لاكون ناكرة هذه هى صفتى

ارجوا ان لاكون قد ضايقتكم بطرح مشكلتى التى اختسرت فيها محطات بكيت فيها لانى لم اجد من يصغى لى ....ارجوا ان لا تكون مشاركتى القادمة اخر رسالة لى فى ها المنتدى ولم يبقى لى سوى التضرع لله لعل ان تنتهى ماساتى وارتاح فصيام مقبول وكل عام وانتم بخير السلام عليكم
