سياسية خارجية بائسة لنظام جزائري بائس : محاربة القاعدة لإعتراف بالمجلس الإنتقالي

هكذا إذن و بعد سبات عميق ، استيقظ فجأة الرئيس بوتفليقة و الوزير الأول أويحي و وزير الخارجية و الجنرال توفيق من نومهم مذعورين على سقوط طرابلس في أيدي ثوار ليبيا ، فقرروا أخيرا أن الوقت قد حان ليعترفوا بالمجلس الإنتقالي ممثلا وحيدا للشعب الليبي فقد انهار النظام السابق الذي طالما اتهموا بدعمه سياسيا و اعلاميا و حتى عسكريا و فرّ القذافي و حاشيته و لا يعلم أحد في أي جحر يختبؤون ،

لكن النظام الجزائري وجد نفسه في مأزق فقد سبق أن اشترط إعتذارا رسميا من المجلس الإنتقالي لكي يعترفوا به فكيف يعترفوا به الآن بدون ذلك الإعتذار و لا ادري من العبقري الذي تفتق ذهنه عن الحل لهذا المأزق فقال : نشترط على المجلس الإنتقالي محاربة القاعدة لكي نعترف به و هو شرط كما ترون مضحك الى حد البكاء ،


1- هل يتخيل أحد ان السلطة القادمة في ليبيا و التي يدعمها الناتو و أمريكا ستتقاعس عن محاربة القاعدة ؟ !!!!!!!! فلماذا يشترط النظام الجزائري محاربة القاعدة على المجلس الإنتقالي و هو يعلم علم اليقين أن المجلس سيفعل ذلك حتما بحكم الدعم الامريكي له !!!!!!


2- و هل المجلس أصلا محتاج إعتراف من الجزائر ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ ماذا سيفعل المجلس بإعتراف الجزائر (يندب بيه) و له إعتراف العالم كله !!!يعني على أساس أن النظام عندنا جعل من الجزائر دولة عظمى لا يجوز تجاهلها !!!! من ذا يقيم حاليا أي وزن للموقف الجزائري ؟؟؟ لا احد ، لا أحد على الإطلاق .

للأسف النظام عندنا حوّل الجزائر الى دولة هامشية ليس لها أي وزن على المسرح الدولي و لا أحد في العالم ينتظر أو يضع في حساباته موقف الجزائر من أية قضية كانت لأن السياسة الخارجية عندنا تسير بجملة واحدة : " الصمت حكمة" ألا تتذكرون أزمتنا مع مصر قبل سنتين ؟ ألا تتذكرون مرض الرئيس ؟ و حاليا عندنا 17 بحارا يصارعون الموت جوعا في الصومال منذ 8 اشهر لكن النظام صامت صمت القبور ؟ و كيف لا يصمت و عندنا وزير للخارجية لا يعرف حتى الكلام و قد بلغ من العمر حوالي 80 عاما و هو الوزير نفسه الذي قال عن نفسه انه كان غبيا عندما كان يتولى حقيبة المالية و حدثت أكبر فضيحة مالية (ربما تكون أصغر فضيحة لو نعلم ما يحدث في الخفاء) تحدث في الجزائر و هي فضيحة بنك الحليفة !!!!!!




لماذا لا يرحلون ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ متى يرحلون ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

متى يرحّلهم الشعب الجزائري ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟



أتمنى أن يحدث ذلك قريبا لأننا لم نعد نحتمل هذا العبث

الاخبار المتناقلة كاذبة و الخارجية نفت تلك الشروط و اكدت ان المسالة الليبية تبقى داخلية بحته فلم نسمع اي شخصية رسمية تقول انه يجب على ليبيا كذا و كذا ...

و رغم ذلك فان سوء هذا النظام هو في صمته حتى اصبحت مواقع اعلامية تنقل عليه باي شيء كان و نحن الان نشارف على 40 مليون نسمة لا زلنا مجبرين على سماع ترويجات و تنظيرات الجزيرة و فرانس 24 و العربية نت ...

اما القول ان اعتراف الجزائر لا ينقص و لا يزيد فالعلاقة كذلك متبادلة لكن على هذا المجلس ان ينتقي متحدثين باسمه يحسنون الكلام و لا يعرضون العلاقات و يوصلونها الى الابواب المسدودة ببث سموم الاتهامات و نحن شاهدنا لوائهم دون التأكد من الاخبار يتطاول على الجزائر و رئيسها و يتهم بلدنا انها مصدر الارهاب ....

الا ان محللوهم شرقا و غربا اكدوا ان ليس من صالحهم استعداء الجزائر في هذا الوقت كونهم اعترفوا ان امامهم معارك للبناء و ليس تحضيرا للدخول في حروب بالنيابة لاطراف اقليمية تقف خلف ستار الاحداث بالدسائس و النميمة و هي من عكرت العلاقات منذ بدايتها في مسألة المرتزقة قصد توريط الصحراويين اولا و الجزائر ثانيا و نقصد هنا و بالبند العريض المغرب.

قبل التعليق على أي تصريح جزائري ورد في الاعلام يجب أن نتنبه إلى بعض النقاط:
1- التأكد من ان التصريح صحيح وليس بفعل فاعل من أجل مصلحة معينة وقد فندته جريدة الشروق
2- حتى ولو كان صحيحا وجب أن ندرك تمام أن الحرب في ليبيا لم تنتهي بعد وما زال هناك قتال فكيف أعترف بمجلس قبل ان تنهي الحرب أوزارها
3- الحرب إستباحت الكثير من الامور ومنها إنتشار السلاح ووصولها ربما لبعض الأفراد المتطرفين ولما لا نصدق الخبر (إن كان صحيحا) بظهور أحد المتشددين الذين سلمتهم الجزائر لطرابلس متحدثا باسم الثوار
4- تصريح وزيرة الخارجية الأمريكية مباشرة بعد التصريح الجزائري الذي دعى المجلس الانتقالي بمحاربة القاعدة والمتشددين وهو ما يساير الموقف الجزائري.
5- لا ننسى الدعم الفرنسي اللامحدود لهذه الحرب وللمجلس الانتقالي وكلنا نعرف أن فرنسا لا تفعل ذلك لعيون الليبيين وأن عينها من خلال ليبيا مشدودة للجزائر.
6- أي مستقبل لليبيا ما بعد القذافي مرهون بعلاقات متميزة مع الجزائر وستكون أي حكومة ليبية مستقبلية ملزمة بتليين وتصحيح وتمتين العلاقات مع الجزائر خاصة وأنها دولة جارة بـ 1000 كلم من الحدود المشتركة، لذلك كان على الجزائر التأني في الاعتراف بمجلس لم يتوانى في كل الاتهامات للجزائر. وهذا الكلام قد أكده أحد الليبيين صاحب أحد المواقع الشبابية الذي أكد أن ليبيا هي من خارج الاطار في علاقته مع الجزائر وليس الجزائر من هي خارج الاطار في علاقتها مع المجلس.
7- أي إعتراف يكون بحكومة إنتقالية تجمع كل أو أغلب أطياف المجتمع الليبي بعد أن تضع الحرب أوزارها نهائيا ولا تكون بمجلس حربي يشتمل على بعض أزلام القذافي الذين خدموه لسنوات عديدة، فنحن لا نعلم ماذا سيكون رأي الليبيين بعد نهاية الحرب في هؤلاء، ولا يمكن أن ننسى قضية إغتيال اللواء عبد الفتاح يونس قائد الثوار وكل ما قيل حول هذه العملية.

في الختام قد يكون لدينا نظام بائس في تعامله مع الكثير من القضايا لكن قد يكون الشيء المتميز في هذا النظام هو الدبلوماسية المتأنية التي أثبتت صدق رأيها في الكثير من القضايا، خاصة في بداية الحرب عندما رفضت تدخل القوات الاجنبية
ولا يمكن البناء على بعض التعليقات الليبية لبعض الوجوه التي لم تعرف حس المسؤولية بعد في كيفية إختيار ألفاظها وكلماتها في التعامل الدبلوماسي
وربما قد يأتي اليوم الذي ستطلب فيه قيادة المجلس الانتقالي أو الحكومة الانتقالية الليبية زيارة الجزائر من أجل تحسين العلاقات وطلب المشورة كما فعل رئيس الوزراء التونسي من قبل.

أولا أحي مدلسي وكل الديبلوماسية الجزائرية على الحكمة البالغة في التعامل مع المجلس الإنقالابي العملائي ،، عفوا أقصد الإنتقالي،، إن الفطر السليمة والسياسة الحكيمة ،، تقول كما تقول الجزائر ،، أي أن لا نعترف بمجلس إنقلابي ،، لأنه لا يمثل الشعب الليبي ،، هل هي فوضى كل عصابة تحمل السلاح على حكومتها نسارع لتنصيبها حاكما؟؟ ،، فقط لأن الغرب فعل ،،؟؟ لا وألف لا ،، المجلس لا يمثل كل ليبيا وما عدم فرح أهل طرابلس بسقوطها إلا خير دليل فضلا على ان المجلس واللدين خرجوا على القدافي أصناف شتة من تكفريين وديموقراطيين وغيرهم ،، ولا أعتقد ان الحكم قد يستقر للمجلس بهده السهولة ،، فكيف يراد للجزائر العظيمة أن تعترف بهم ،،
تحيا الجزائر ولا عزاء للتهيجيين الثوريين الدين يدمرون بلدانهم
