الثوار الليبيون يهددون بمحاسبة الجزائر


الجزائر مطالبة بتوضيح موقفها من المجلس الانتقالي الليبي


لا تزال العلاقات بين الجزائر والمجلس الانتقالي الليبي متوترة وعلى حالها، بالرغم من مرور أسبوع عن سقوط طرابلس، وترفض الجزائر لحد الآن الاعتراف بشرعية الهيئة السياسية للثوار الليبيين، وراسلت هيئة الأمم المتحدة بخصوص الاتهامات الموجهة إليها من طرف الثوار منذ بداية الأزمة الليبية، خاصة ما تعلق بدعمها لنظام العقيد معمر القذافي.

وجددت الجزائر الجمعة الماضية موقفها من الأزمة الليبية، حيث قال الناطق باسم وزارة الشؤون الخارجية، عمر بلاني، بأن "الجزائر ومنذ بداية الأزمة الليبية التزمت بالحياد التام، رافضة التدخل بأي صفة كانت في الشؤون الداخلية لهذا البلد الجار".

وكذبت الحكومة الجزائرية أمس السبت أيضا، "بشكل قاطع" الخبر الذي بثته وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط المصرية وتناقلته بعض أقسام التحرير ووكالات الأنباء، والذي يفيد بأن موكب سيارات عبر الجزائر قادما من ليبيا،قد يكون ينقل مسؤولين ليبيين كبار بمن فيه الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي وأقاربه.

وهو الموقف الذي لم يعجب الثوار الليبيين على ما يبدو، حيث نقلت وكالة "فرانس برس"، اليوم الأحد، عن المتحدث العسكري باسم الثوار الليبيين، العقيد أحمد عمر باني، قوله "لقد أثبتنا للعالم أننا نستحق الاعتراف بنا والدول الكبرى قامت بذلك، أما الآخرون فلا ننتظر اعترافهم، سيأتي يوم يحاسبون فيه على موقفهم حيال الثوار الليبيين"، في إشارة خصوصاً إلى الجزائر.

وأضاف المتحدث باسم الثوار الليبيين في الندوة الصحفية التي عقدها ببنغازي "نحن نميز بين الشعب الجزائري العظيم والحكومة الجزائرية، لقد اعترف بنا الجزائريون كمقاتلين من أجل الحرية وكمحررين لبلادنا".

وفي الأخير، ختم العقيد أحمد عمر باني قوله بأن "الجزائريون يعلمون أن هناك مقابر لليبيين في الجزائر، سقطوا إلى جانب الجزائريين خلال معاركهم من أجل الاستقلال".

الذي يزعجني في كل مشكلة مع أي بلد عربي يحشرون الثورة الجزائرية ويذكرونا أنهم دعمونا ولولاهم (في نظرهم) لما استقلت الجزائر.
وفي الحقيقة النظام الجزائري وعلى رأسهم الرئيس ليسوا في المستوى ... عقلية قديمة وسياسة ثقيلة ... نحن نحتاج الى مسؤولين بحجم هذا البلد وبحجم هذا الشعب الديناميكي

لا فرق بين القذافي والمجلس الإنتقالي في حقدهم وحنقهم على الجزائر وكما قيل (إذا عرف السبب بطل العجب) لكن ليست هذه هي المشكلة . فالمشكلة أساسا هي في هذا الصمت الغريب من وزارة الخارجية والذي يظهر أنه صار طابعا عاما للدبلماسية الجزائرية في هذه العشرية والأمور تحتاج إلى حزم وجدية في التعامل مع البعدين السياسي والإعلامي وهذا ما ينبيء عن غياب لرؤية إستشرافية لمستقبل المنطقة في ظلّ المتغيرات الجديدة ..
