تبنى تنظيم ما يعرف بـ"القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي"، تحت إمارة عبد المالك دروكدال، المدعو "أبو مصعب عبد الودود"، في بيان لها الاعتداء الانتحاري المزدوج، الذي استهدف المطعم الخارجي للأكاديمية العسكرية المتعددة الأسلحة بشرشال، ليلة الجمعة الماضي والذي خلف 18 شهيدا بينهم أجانب ومدنيان، معلنة أن هذا التفجير الارهابي جاء "انتقاما من تآمر النظام الجزائري على ثورتي تونس وليبيا"، في محاولة يائسة لكسب "شرعية" افتراضية بعد عدة سنوات من تقتيل أبناء الشعب.

وحسب ما نقلته وكالة نواكشوط، وكذا وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية، أمس، فإن مكتبها الفرعي بالرباط تحصل على نسخة من بيان تنظيم "القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي" موّقع من طرف المكلف بالإعلام في التنظيم المدعو "صلاح أبو محمد"، وعنونته بـ"هدية عيد الفطر"، أين تبنت الهجوم الانتحاري المزدوج على أكبر مؤسسة عسكرية في الجزائر ليلة الجمعة الماضية دقائق معدودة بعد أذان المغرب، حيث قام الانتحاري الأول الذي كان يحمل حزاما ناسفا، راجلا إلى مدخل المطعم عبر جداره الخلفي ليصعد السلالم ويقتحم القاعة ويلقي بنفسه فوق طاولة الإفطار التي تضم عددا من الضباط ليفجر نفسه، فيما اقتحم الانتحار الثاني الذي كان على متن دراجة نارية وقام بتفجير نفسه عند المدخل الرئيسي للمطعم الخارجي.
وحسب "الحصيلة" الاستعراضية التي سوّق لها التنظيم الارهابي، فإن عدد الضباط الذين توفوا في هذا الاعتداء الإرهابي المزدوج بلغ -حسب مزاعم التنظيم- 36 قتيلا معظمهم ضباط، فيما بلغ عد الجرحى 35 شخصا، منهم من في حالة خطيرة جدا حسب ادعاءات البيان الصادر من التنظيم الاجرامي.
وقال بيان "القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي" تحت إمارة عبد المالك دروكدال "نتبنى العمليتين الإنتحاريتين"، مضيفا "المسلحون استهدفوا قلب المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية في شرشال"، وحددت "القاعدة" هوية الانتحاريين اللذان نفذا الهجوم المزدوج على مطعم "الماس" التابع للأكاديمية العسكرية، ويتعلق الأمر بكل من المدعو "أبي نوح"، الانتحاري الأول صاحب الحزام الناسف، والمسمى "أبي أنس" الانتحاري الثاني صاحب الدراجة النارية.
وأكد البيان الذي يحمل توقيع "صلاح أبو محمد" مسؤول الاعلام في تنظيم "دروكدال" أن "المسلحين في الجزائر يواصلون هجماتهم على أركان النظام الحليف للقذافي"، مشددا على أن التنظيم سيصدر بيانا آخر في وقت لاحق على "المواقع الجهادية"، في محاولة من التنظيم الارهابي تحقيق صدى اعلامي ولفت انتباه الرأي العام وزرع الأمل وسط بقايا الارهابيين.
وبإعلان تنظيم "القاعدة" عن تبنيها التفجير الانتحاري الجبان، يكون التنظيم قد أبعد نسبة الاعتداء الى "حماة السلفية للدعوة والقتال" التي تنشط في منطقة تيبازة، كما يأتي بيان "القاعدة" في الوقت الذي فشلت فيه من تحقيق أهدافها، بعد أن وجدت جدارا أمنيا صعب الإختراق، موازاة مع تأكيد المؤسسة العسكرية والأمنية بعدم الاستسلام للشراذم الإرهابية ومواصلة مطاردة بقايا الإرهابيين وتضييق الخناق عليهم وعلى أعوانهم من عصابات التهريب والجريمة المنظمة ومتابعة محاصرة تحركاتهم محليا وإقليميا.
