كاتب بريطاني : إيواء أسرة القذافي رسالة الجزائر للغرب..هام جداااا

كتب روبرت فيسك بصحيفة إندبندت البريطانية يقول إن العرب لم يفاجأوا بتوجه أسرة القذافي إلى الجزائر، فلسنوات وقفت الجزائر مع القذافي ضد الغرب، لأن تاريخها علمها عدم تلقي الأوامر من الخارج.
وفي لحظة بدء قصف الطائرات الفرنسية ليبيا، عادت ذكريات المحتل الذي استعمر الجزائر 132 عاما ومعها ثورة 54-1962 التي أنهت الوجود الفرنسي بالجزائر وحققت الاستقلال.
وإذا كان الليبيون -والكلام للكاتب- محرومين من دروس التاريخ في كتبهم، فإن منطقة فزان الغربية كانت محتلة من طرف فرنسا بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية من أجل حماية وجودها بالجزائر، وهذه المنطقة الشاسعة معروفة منذ عقود طويلة بأنها منطقة تهريب، وانتقال أسرة القذافي عبرها لا يعد عملا عسكريا كبيرا.
وأوضح فيسك أن إعلان الخارجية الجزائرية وجود أسرة القذافي على أراضيها يعكس رغبة الجزائريين في أن يظهروا للغرب -والفرنسيين تحديدا- أن حريتهم، والشعور الوطني المقدس في الجزائر والذي تضرر كثيرا أثناء انتفاضة الإسلاميين في التسعينيات، لا يمكن المتاجرة بهما من أجل الغرب.
وقال فيسك إن الجزائر أعلنت بوضوح أنه لا يمكن إيواء أسرة القذافي سرا، وإن هذه الدولة لها كامل الحق في التعاطف الإنساني مع العرب، ويمكن لحلفاء الناتو اعتبار الإيواء عملا عدوانيا إذا شاؤوا.
واعتبر فيسك أن "معركة القذافي ضد الإسلاميين لا تساوي شيئا ضد الحملة الضخمة التي تشنها الجزائر ضد مسلحيها الإسلاميين" وهو ما جعلهما حلفاء، فلماذا تتخلى الجزائر عن أخيها لمجرد انقلاب العرب وبعض القوى الأوروبية عليه؟ وإذا كان الرئيس الفرنسي نيكولا سركوزي يعانق القذافي عام 2007 ثم يقصفه بعد أقل من أربع سنوات، فإن الجزائر لا تنقلب على أصدقائها.
ورأى الكاتب أن هذا ما تريد الجزائر توجيهه للغرب، لكن هناك الوجه المظلم والدموي في علاقات الأجهزة الأمنية للبلدين، فكلتاهما استخدمت التعذيب والقتل السياسي والمجازر ضد شعبها، وكثيرا ما صدر الجزائريون تجربتهم في محاربة الإرهاب لمخابرات القذافي.
وأضاف فيسك أن هناك سببا آخر وهو أن الجزائر لا تريد أن تكون ليبيا أخرى، فهي أكثر حرية وفيها هامش ديمقراطية أكبر مما كانت عليه في سنوات التسعينيات، وهي تعتقد، والسبب وجيه هذه المرة، أن الثورة الليبية حصلت على دعم الغرب بسبب ثروة البلاد النفطية الضخمة.

وقال أيضا إن الجزائر تملك ثامن احتياطي عالمي من الغاز الطبيعي، وهي رابع أكبر مصدر له، كما أن احتياطاتها النفطية تقدر بنحو 12.5 مليار برميل، وتصدر 27% من نفطها إلى الولايات المتحدة، وهي تعلم جيدا أن الغرب لم يكن ليتدخل في ليبيا لو كانت صادراتها هي البطاطس، تماما مثلما لم يكن ليتدخل في العراق لو كان يصدر نبات الهليون.
وختم فيسك بالقول إنه إذا كان لأحد أن يتحدى السلطة بالجزائر فهي لن تسقط في ربيع ديمقراطي. وإن "استقبال الجزائر زوجة القذافي وأبنائه هو رسالة إلى الغرب أكثر مما هو رسالة إلى بقايا نظام الطاغية في ليبيا".

اعتبر كلام هذا الكاتب كمن يدس السم بالعسل وقد يكون الغرض منه كلمه حق يقال بها باطل حتى نغتر وننفش ريشنا كي يسهل نتفه..انا لا اوافقه في مساله التعذيب والقهر لا اظنها عندنا بدرجه باقي البلدان العربيه ..عندنا سياسه التجاهل اهدر واش حبيت ما ديرلي والوا بمعنى ان السلطه عندنا لا تعاقب من يشتم او يتكلم في النظام بل تتجاهله .

لا اعلم مايقصده هذا الشخص من كلامه
لكن اريد ان اقول ان قذافي من اقاربه التوارق وانت تعلم ان توارق ليس لديه وطن واحد بل هم منقسمون بين الجزائر وليبيا ومالي فهم من ادخلوهم الجزائر وقدمو لهم الحماية لانهم بكل صراحة هم الذين يحمون الصحراء ولا تستطيع الدول ان ترفض طلب توارق واذا قدم اي دولة استضافة عائلة القذافي فستقدم لهم عائلة القذافي كما يقول المثل "الباب لي يجيك منو الريح سدو واستريح"

وختم فيسك بالقول إنه إذا كان لأحد أن يتحدى السلطة بالجزائر فهي لن تسقط في ربيع ديمقراطي. وإن "استقبال الجزائر زوجة القذافي وأبنائه هو رسالة إلى الغرب أكثر مما هو رسالة إلى بقايا نظام الطاغية في ليبيا".

السلام عليكم

إذا شبهنا ما يحدث في ليبيا الشقيقة بحادثة سقوط طائرة وتحطمها... فعائلة القذافي هي بمثابة العلبة السوداء التي أسقطها الله تعالى في أيدينا . ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله .
أظن أن الكاتب يشير إلى هذا الأمر في الفقرة الأخيرة من المقال ويبو أن الغرب منزعج من هذا .

هذا الكاتب يحرّض الغرب على الجزائر ويحاول إظهارها في صورة الدولة المارقة التي تتحدى الشرعية الدولية (آسف على التعبير) ..
إضاءة : في تسعينيات القرن الماضي قرأت كتابا للفريق سعد الدين الشادلي رحمه الله عنوانه (الخيار العسكري العربي) تحدث فيه بإسهاب عن طبيعة المعركة القادمة في حال نشوبها وفصل فيه نوعية التدريب وحجم القوات ومستوى التسليح الذي يجب أن يدخل الخدمة في المدى المنظور من زمن تأليف الكتاب وقد حلّل في فصوله الأولى معالم الإستراتيجية الأمريكية في المنطقة وقد جعلها تتمحور حول أربعة عناصر أكتفي بذكر ثلاث منها - للفائدة - :

1 - الحفاظ على التفوق النوعي الإسرائيلي
2 - منع قيام دولة عربية محورية
3 - التواجد أو السيطرة على مصادر الطاقة

هذا ما قرأته قديما وهذا ما أعيشه اليوم فماذا يخبيء لنا المستقبل .. الله أعلم

الغرب لا يحتاجون الى كاتب ليحرضهم على الجزائر و انما هو يوجه لهم رسالة يعني الجزائر لا تنحني بالقوة اي القوة لن تنفع معها مثل ليبيا و انما عليهم ايجاد طرق اخرى و الولايات المتحدة واعية جدا بذلك من بينها نسف الريش و اكتساب قوتها كحليف مثل ما قالت الاخت سماح تقريبا بالنسبة لي اوجه هذه الرسالة خاصة مقطع العرب التباعين الى من شككو في سياسة الجزائر اتجاه ليبيا .
