تركيا تطرد السفير الإسرائيلي وتعلق كافة اتفاقاتها العسكرية مع تل أب


أعلن وزير الخارجية التركي داود أوغلو اليوم الجمعة إن تركيا تطرد السفير الإسرائيلي، وأنها ستعلق كافة اتفاقاتها العسكرية مع إسرائيل، رداً على تقرير للأمم المتحدة يعلن قانونية الحصار الذي تفرضه إسرائيل على غزة منذ سنوات.

وأضاف أوغلو أنه سيتم خفض التمثيل الدبلوماسي مع إسرائيل إلى مستوى السكرتير الثاني، مشيراً إلى أن أنقرة لن تتراجع حتى تلبي إسرائيل مطالب تركيا لحل أزمة أسطول الحرية، وأن الحكومة الإسرائيلية مسؤولة عن الموقف.

وأكد أوغلو الذي قتل لبلاده على أسطول الحرية 8 مواطنين إن تركيا لا تعترف بشرعية الحصار الإسرائيلي لغزة.

من جانبه، قال مسؤول إسرائيلي رفيع المستوى الجمعة لفرانس برس إن بلاده ستقبل مع بعض التحفظات تقرير الأمم المتحدة حول اعتراض إسرائيل لأسطول الحرية الذي تحرك لرفع الحصار عن غزة في عام 2010 والإنزال الذي أسفر عن قتلى.

وصرح المسؤول دون الكشف عن اسمه "سنعلن قبولنا للتقرير بعد نشره رسميا، مع بعض التحفظات"، مشيرا الى أن التقرير يعترف بقانونية الحصار البحري الذي تفرضه إسرائيل على قطاع غزة، بحسب ما نشرت صحيفة نيويورك تايمز الخميس من نص القرار.

وقال المسؤول الإسرائيلي "يظهر التقرير أن الحصار البحري في حد ذاته وتطبيقه يتماشيان مع القانون الدولي".

وكان التقرير الدولي، الذي أصدره رئيس الوزراء النيوزيلندي السابق جيفري بالمر، قد أشار في هذا الصدد الى أن "الحصار البحري جاء كإجراء أمني مشروع بهدف منع دخول الأسلحة الى غزة بحرا وأن تطبيقه يتماشى مع متطلبات القانون الدولي".

وتتعلق التحفظات الإسرائيلية بالانتقاد الصريح الذي وجهه التقرير لما وصفه بالاستخدام "المفرط واللامنطقي للقوة" من جانب الجيش الإسرائيلي الذي داهم الأسطول ما أسفر عن قتل تسعة من ركاب سفينة مافي مرمرة.

وقال التقرير "كان قرار إسرائيل السيطرة على السفن بهذه القوة وعلى مسافة كبيرة من نطاق الحصار ودون تحذير مسبق، مفرطا ولامنطقيا".

وقال المسؤول الإسرائيلي إنه "يتعين على البلدين (إسرائيل وتركيا) القبول بنتائج التقرير وتوصياته".

ودعا التحقيق إسرائيل الى الإعراب عن أسفها إزاء المداهمة فضلا عن دفع تعويضات لأسر الأتراك الثمانية والأمريكي من أصل تركي الذين قتلوا في المداهمة، فضلا عن دفع تعويضات للمصابين.
