بعيدا عن شرعية الحرب في ليبيا من عدمها ,و على كون القذافي مجرم ام لا ا وكافر اولا
وبعيدا عن الاحكام المسبقة لكل شخص او طرف و لنتجرد للحظة لمحاولة قراءة

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
الفتنة وقعت و لكن كيف تجنبها هو الاولى الحدث وقع و ما علينا إلى
رجوع للشرع و نبحث عن كيفية الخروج من الفتنة عندي تساؤولات عدة
لمن يرى الايجاب دون السلب ،
ان قلنا ان المجلس الانتقالي سيحكم ليبيا و أكيد يكون تحت إملاءات الغرب
هل يكون مكان للأسلامويون ، ان كان فهذا يعني انهم ليسوا اسلامويون
لأنهم سيسيرون وفق الاملااءت الغرب لكي تقبل بهم ،و ان تم تهميشهم
ماذا سيحدث ، وان رفع المهمشون السلاح بعد هذا اي طرف سيؤيد
بعض العلماء و المفتون ، هل يقولون تحريم الخروج على الحاكم
ام يباركون لهم الخروج ،
ان باركوا لهم الخروج تبقى دائرة من دوائر القتل و التقتيل
و ان حرموا الخروج على الحاكم ، نقول هل الفتية اصبحت لعب
مرة تكون واجب الشرعي ووجوب الخروج على الحكام ومرة اخرى
تحرم،
و يكون النقاش فيها و الجدال فيه و المرجعيات عدة و الحق واحد
و مصدره واحج الكل اغلق كتاب الله و كتب الاحديث و اتبع
الهوى و النفس ،

لذا الاحداث هل تنتهي بعد القضاء على القذافي ام فيه ملامح استمرار؟

تداعيات الاحداث داخل ليبيا ؟
الاحداث بدات بمجرد بوادر سقوط القدافي وذلك واضح في تصريحات قادتهم المتضارب وفي زعامه كل واحد منهم ويتضح انهم غير متفاهمين وهذه بدايه الحرب الاهليه ..واليوم وزير خارجيتهم يدعوا الثوار الغير ساكنين بطرابلس الى العوده لمدنهم خشيه ان ينقلبوا عليهم.

ان تشكلت المقاومة ( و هذا غير مستبعد ) اي ايديولجية تتبنى؟
و هل يتدخل الغرب ميدانيا ام يكون التدخل إقتصادي ؟
ان حدث واصبحت ليبيا مثل العراق اظن انه سيكون تدخل عسكري اقتصادي من الغرب لان التدخل العسكري عندهم لابد ان يتبعه الاقتصادي

ليبيا اليوم إختلطت فيها الأمور ، الأمر غير واضح ، الآن لا توجد سلطة أو حكومة شرعية ، وجب إن وجدت السمع والطاعة لها ، الآن هم متغالبون ، لم يفصل الأمر لمن الحكم اليوم ؟
إن تم الفصل فيه وتم اتخاذ حكومة جديدة وصياغة دستور جديد ، فليتحمل الليبيون ما اختاروه ، لأن القضية الآن قضية استعمار أجنبي بطريق غيرمباشر ، بحيث أن تم على أيدي مسلمة ليبية ضد ليبيون ، والضحية ليبي ، والقاتل ليبي ، والأموال ليبية ، والمستفيد الوحيد أجنبي ،
عندما يكون للمجلس الإنتقالي حكومة ، تحت وصايا فرنسية أوروبية ، أكيد أن ليبيا ستخضع لعدة نظم وقوانين توافق على حد كبير نظم الغرب

هذا إن كانت الحرب قد حسمت
أما إن الأيام مازالت تعد على حساب استنزاف البشر من أجل الديمقراطية ، فلا مستقبل لليبيا إلا النار والدمار
