وثائق الاستخبارات الليبية تكشف القذافي

مؤامرات رئيس الاستخبارات في حكومة القذافي عبدالله السنوسي

أكد الوزير السابق والسياسي الليبي الدكتور إبراهيم قويدر أن "معمر القذافي اشترى صواريخ لصالح إيران أثناء حربها على العراق، وأرسل عناصر من كتائب القذافي للمشاركة في إطلاقها على العراق، في الوقت الذي كان يتظاهر فيه بدعم بغداد ونظام الرئيس العراقي الراحل صدام حسين ومساندة القومية العربية".

وكشف قويدر أن المجلس الانتقالي الليبي "سيقدم قريباً إلى لبنان ملفاً كاملاً عن قضية اختفاء الإمام موسى الصدر في ليبيا قبل 33 عاماً.
وأكد أن ثوار ليبيا "وضعوا يدهم بالكامل على كافة وثائق الاستخبارات الليبية، وأن هناك لجنة تعكف على دراسة تلك الوثائق". وأوضح أن ما تم تسريبه من تلك الوثائق هو "عملية مقصودة ومخططة".

وقال "إن كافة وثائق الاستخبارات الليبية كانت موجودة في مكتب الأمن الخارجي، وإن نسخاً منها كانت موجودة في مقر قيادة القذافي في باب العزيزية".

وذكر أن "سياسة القذافي في إفريقيا كانت مزدوجة من خلال دعم الأنظمة الحاكمة، والتعاون مع المعارضة المسلحة لزعزعة استقرار تلك الأنظمة".

وأفاد أن "ميزانية الاستخبارات الليبية كانت مفتوحة، وكان عملها يعتمد على الطابع الشخصي من خلال الاعتماد على بعض العناصر في أجهزة المخابرات الأخرى عربياً ودولياً".

وكشفت وثائق الاستخبارات الليبية المسربة عن الكثير، إلا أن بعض ما جاء فيها تحدث عن عمق العلاقة بين نظام القذافي وبين الولايات المتحدة، إلى حد عقد اجتماعات لمسؤولين ليبيين وشخصيات أمريكية بحثت في سبل مساعدة القذافي على البقاء في السلطة قبل أسابيع من سقوطه. ومن تلك الشخصيات السفير ديفيد ولش الذي قدم نصائح للقذافي بشأن كيفية التقليل من العزلة الدولية وضربات الناتو التي كان يتعرض لها.

وقدم ولش بحسب الوثائق مجموعة من الاقتراحات لإضعاف الثوار عبر الاستعانة بوكالات استخبارات أجنبية.

وتعود العلاقة الأمريكية - الليبية إلى ما قبل تخلي القذافي عن برنامجه النووي، حسب الوثائق، وقد توطدت في عهد الرئيس الامريكي السابق جورج بوش إلى الحد الذي جعل الولايات المتحدة ترسل مشتبهين بالإرهاب لنحو 8 مرات على الأقل إلى ليبيا من أجل استجوابهم.

كما فكرت وكالة الاستخبارات الأمريكية في تأسيس وجود دائم لها في ليبيا، وذلك وفق المذكرة التي وجهها الرجل الثاني في الوكالة الأمريكية ستيفن كابيس إلى مدير الاستخبارات الليبية آنذاك موسى كوسا.

وكشفت الوثائق السرية عن العلاقة الأمنية الوطيدة بين بريطانيا وليبيا، وعن أن الاستخبارات البريطانية الخارجية ( أم آي 6) قدمت تفاصيل للقذافي عن المعارضين له بالخارج.

وحول علاقة ليبيا بعدد من البلدان، تحدثت الوثائق عن اليمن، فأشارت إلى أن رئيس مجلس التضامن الوطني حسين الأحمر, ومحافظ صعدة الحالي وتاجر السلاح اليمني الشهير فارس مناع، كانا متورطين في التآمر على السعودية.

وأكدت الوثائق استلام الأحمر ومناع ملايين الدولارات بالإضافة إلى تعاونهما في دعم الحوثيين بالأموال والسلاح بهدف زعزعة الأمن في السعودية.

وأشارت وثائق إلى مؤامرات أخرى قام بها رئيس الاستخبارات في حكومة القذافي عبدالله السنوسي مع بعض الجماعات المسلحة في دارفور وجنوب السودان وحركة أبو سياف في الفلبين.

فيما تحدثت بعض الوثائق عن أن هناء ابنة القذافي بالتبني، والتي قال إنها قتلت في غارة على منزله عام 1986، كانت تعمل طبيبة في مستشفى غرب طرابلس وتقلدت مسؤوليات رسمية أخيراً.

وتبقى هذه المعلومات التي تكشفت عن وثائق الاستخبارات الليبية جزء يسير وضئيل من أرشيف كبير لا يُعرف مصيره حتى الآن.
