تأكيدات بوجود القذافي بليبيا

تواترت أنباء من عدد من المصادر تؤكد أن العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي ونجله سيف الإسلام لا يزالان داخل ليبيا وأنهما لم يغادراها حتى الآن، في حين ذكرت تقارير صحفية أن تحركات دبلوماسية سرية تجري لتمكين القذافي من مغادرة ليبيا.
فقد قال المبعوث الرئاسي الروسي إلى أفريقيا ميخائيل مارغيلوف إن الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي مختبئ في ليبيا، وأضاف أن الأيام ستُظهر إلى أين سينتقل في المستقبل.
في الوقت الذي قال ضابط كبير سابق في الجيش الأميركي -شارك في قيادة جهود القبض على الرئيس العراقي الراحل صدام حسين- إنه يعتقد أنه سيتم القبض على القذافي ما دام من يتعقبونه يستخدمون المخابرات المحلية ويركزون على حراسه المقربين.
وأضاف العقيد المتقاعد ستيف راسل أن للقذافي صفات شبيهة بصدام "وغيرهما من الحكام المستبدين" تجعل من المرجح أن يعتمد على شبكة صغيرة من الموالين شديدي الإخلاص.
وقلل راسل من احتمالية أن يغادر القذافي ليبيا قائلا إنه "على الأرجح مغرور ومتكبر لدرجة أنه لن يغادر ليبيا" وأضاف "عندما تعتاد على أنك محور عالمك على مدى أربعين عاما من الصعب أن تتغير".
وأعلن مشعان الجبوري مالك قناة الرأي -التي تبث من دمشق وسبق أن بثت كلمات صوتية للقذافي منذ أن سيطر الثوار على طرابلس- أن القذافي ونجله سيف الإسلام لا يزالان في ليبيا وبحالة معنوية جيدة. وأضاف أن "القذافي يشعر بالقوة وليس خائفا، وسيكون سعيدا إذا مات أثناء قتاله ضد المحتلين".
يأتي ذلك فيما كشفت صحيفة ديلي تلغراف البريطانية اليوم الأربعاء عن أن تحركات دبلوماسية سرية تجري لتمكين العقيد معمر القذافي من مغادرة ليبيا وطلب اللجوء المؤقت في بلد متعاطف.
وقالت الصحيفة البريطانية إن المحادثات الجارية تهدف إلى التوصل إلى اتفاق يضمن نجاة القذافي من المحاسبة من قِبل الثوار وتجنيب ليبيا المزيد من إراقة الدماء، لكن المفاوضات لم تتوصل إلى حل بشأن الوجهة النهائية للقذافي.
وأضافت أن مسؤولا مطلعا على المفاوضات أكد أن الاتفاق لم يُنجز بعد، ونفى أن تكون هذه المساعي تجري بوساطة من جنوب أفريقيا.
وأعلنت بوركينا فاسو أنها لن تستضيف القذافي باعتبارها إحدى الدول الموقّعة على الاتفاقية الخاصة بالمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، وليست في وضع يمكنها من تقديم ضمانات على وضعه.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مسؤول غربي قوله إن القذافي مستمر في رفض العرض المقدم للهرب، وأنه لم يغادر ليبيا في القافلة التي عبرت الحدود إلى النيجر، وكان الذين فروا فيها قادة قواته ومسؤولو نظامه.
وكان منسق عمليات تعقب العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي قال في وقت سابق إن المعلومات تشير إلى أن القذافي كان في بلدة بني وليد ثم غادرها، ورجح توجهه إلى الحدود الجنوبية مع النيجر وتشاد.
كما أعلنت المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الأميركية فيكتوريا نولاند أن القذافي لم يكن ضمن القافلة التي عبرت إلى النيجر وضمت مسؤولين كبارا في النظام الليبي السابق.
وأضافت "ليس لدينا أي معلومات تؤكد أن القذافي موجود حاليا في مكان آخر غير ليبيا"
