التغيير* ‬على* ‬طريقة* ‬اليتيمة*!‬

القائمون على التلفزيون في شارع الشهداء، فكّروا واستشاروا عقولهم، وتدبروا الأمر، ثم قرّروا التقدم بأضحية جديدة للتغطية على رداءتهم المستمرة في الأخبار والبرمجة، واختاروا أن يكون كبش الفداء هذه المرة سمينا وأقرنا، لا بل إنهم زادوا في الخير خيرين، وقرروا التضحية باثنين بدلا من واحد، فاستبعدوا كريم بوسالم وفريدة بلقسام، للقول أن هنالك تغييرات كبيرة تحدث داخل التلفزيون، وأن المسؤولين عن هذا الجهاز، يبادرون ويتحركون، ولا يخافون في التغيير لومة لائم أو سلطة نافذ.

لكن، هل يريد منّا القائمون على شؤون التلفزيون، التسليم بأن التخلص من مقدّم واحد أو مقدّمين للأخبار، مهما كان حجمهما، سيُحسّن الأمور، ويغيّر مكان اليتيمة من شيء منبوذ داخل البيوت الجزائرية إلى ضيف محبوب؟! هل يظن هؤلاء حقا أن الخطأ يمكن اختزاله في كريم بوسالم* ‬أو* ‬فريدة* ‬بلقسام،* ‬وأن* ‬اليتيمة* ‬ستتحول* ‬بدونهما،* ‬أو* ‬مع* ‬المنشطين* ‬الجدد* ‬إلى* ‬جزيرة* ‬ثانية؟*!‬
لا أحد ينكر أن التغيير مطلوب، والتجديد أمر هام وطبيعي، بل وملزم، لكن البعض يمارس سياسة الضحك على الذقون في ترتيب تلك التغييرات من خلال التضحية بالبعض دون الآخرين، قطع رؤوس يانعة لإنقاذ البقية، والدليل أن التغييرات التي وقعت قبل فترة على رأس القنوات، أو المديريات،* ‬سرعان* ‬ما* ‬تبين* ‬أنها* ‬مجرد* ‬الهاء* ‬للعقول،* ‬وتشتيت* ‬للأنظار،* ‬أو* ‬مضيعة* ‬للوقت،* ‬مع* ‬رجوع* ‬الأسماء* ‬ذاتها* ‬وبقوة* ‬لمواقع* ‬أكثر* ‬صلابة*.‬
يخطئ البعض حين يعتقد أن المعارضة القاسية والنقد الشديد لكل ما يقدمه التلفزيون الوطني، تعدّ إدانة لجميع من يعمل فيه، بل على العكس من ذلك تماما، فإن المعارضة تهدف أولا لإنقاذ ما يمكن إنقاذه، حتى لا يتسبب البعض في إهدار مزيد من الطاقات البشرية الهامة داخل المؤسسة،* ‬أو* ‬تهجيرها* ‬باستعمال* ‬وسائل* ‬قذرة،* ‬وقتل* ‬الموهبة* ‬والإبداع* ‬فيها* ‬بحجة* ‬أن* ‬التلفزيون* ‬لا* ‬يحتاج* ‬إلى* ‬اختراعات* ‬جديدة*!‬
هذا التلفزيون، كان من المفروض أن يكون "وطنيا" وليس فئويا، مثلما كان في رمضان مع اختيار وجوه فنية بعينها، ومن جهة محددة، كما أنه لا ينبغي أن يكون ناطقا باسم السلطة، أو تيار فيها، بقدر ما يمثل لسان حال الشعب، فينتقد جميع المظاهر السلبية داخل المجتمع، ويُرمّم العلاقة المضطربة بين الحاكم والمحكوم، من خلال استعماله لغة الصدق والموضوعية، وليس الكذب والتدجيل، وهو لذلك، يُشكل من موقعه كوسيلة إعلام ثقيلة، واجهة البلاد والمنفذ الوحيد الضيّق، في ظل الانغلاق الاستراتيجي لقطاع السمعي البصري، ولا غرابة في أن ضعفه واستسلامه* ‬للفشل* ‬والتمييع،* ‬جعلنا* ‬نعتمد* ‬على* ‬الفايسبوك* ‬من* ‬أجل* ‬حماية* ‬صورة* ‬البلاد* ‬التي* ‬شوهها* ‬التلفزيون* ‬الرديء،* ‬وأمعن* ‬في* ‬تلويثها* ‬بنشراته* ‬المضللة،* ‬وبرامجه* ‬الرمضانية* ‬التافهة،* ‬وخطه* ‬السلطوي* ‬المنغلق*.‬
لا خطر من الجزيرة أو العربية، مثلما يزعم البعض، ويدق طبول الحرب، فلو كانت لدينا قنوات تلفزيونية احترافية، وليس مجرد جهاز لبث البرامج التي لا يشاهدها أحد أو قراءة بيانات الحكومات المتعاقبة، أو فقط لرصد نشاطات الرئيس والوزراء، لنمنا مطمئنين على صورة البلاد وحال* ‬العباد*. ‬
