{ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ}

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين رحمه الله :


قول الله تعالى{ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ}

وفي هذه الآية [ أي: قوله تعالى: { ولَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ الأمُورِ } الشورى: 43 ] حث على صبر الإنسان على أذية الناس ومغفرة لهم ما أساؤوا لهم فيه.
ولكن ينبغي أن يُعلم أن المغفرة لمن أساء إليك ليست محمودة على الإطلاق
فإن الله تعالى قيد هذا بأن يكون العفو مقروناً بالإصلاح فقال : { فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ } [الشورى : 40].
أما إذا لم يكن في العفو والمغفرة إصلاح فلا تعفُ ولا تغفر.
مثاله:
لو كان الذي أساء إليك شخصًا معروفًا بالشر والفساد وأنك لو عفوت عنه لكان في ذلك زيادة في شره؛ ففي هذه الحال الأفضل أن لا تعفو عنه ، بل تأخذ بحقك من أجل الإصلاح. أما إذا كان الشخص إذا عفوت عنه لم يترتب على العفو عنه مفسدة فإن العفو أفضل وأحسن لأن الله يقول ({ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ } [الشورى : 40]
وإذا كان أجرك على الله كان خيرا لك من أن يكون ذلك بمعاوضة تأخذ من أعمال صاحبك الصالحة.

و سؤالي هو عدم العفو و المغفرة و أخذ حقنا ممن ظلمنا بأي طريقة تكون...؟؟؟
هل بمقاطعة ذلك الشخص مثلا..؟؟


هذا في حالة الذي اساء اليك يكون بطبعه الاساءة والشر وأنك لو سامحتيه سيزيد بشره فمقاطعته افضل حتى يرجع للحق
فان رجع للحق فسامحيه واصلحي
والا فمقاطعته قد تكون سببا لرجوعه عن الشر والله اعلم
