الجزائر عاشر أرخص دولة في سعر البنزين في العالم


أظهرت دراسة اقتصادية أن الدول العربية احتلت 8 مراكز ضمن قائمة أرخص 10 بلدان في العالم لبيع البنزين، وجاءت الجزائر في المرتبة العاشرة والأخيرة لأرخص البلدان التي تبيع النفط، حيث يبلغ سعر اللتر الواحد للبنزين بالجزائر 22.5 دج.

وأكدت الدراسة أنه بالرغم من تدني أسعار الوقود ببلادنا إلا أنها تعرف نقص كبيرة في السوق بسبب تهريب هذه المادة نحو تونس ليبيا والمغرب، خاصة في ظل الأوضاع السياسية المتدنية التي تشهدها الجارتين تونس وليبيا، ما رفع من نسبة الوقود المهرب إلها عبر القالة، تبسة سوق أهراس والوادي. كما أشارت نفس الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تعتبر الدولة الـ13 من حيث إنتاج البنزين وتاسع أكبر مصدر للعالم.
وحسب ترتيب شركة ”ستايفلي هيد” لتأمين السيارات في بريطانيا التي أعدت الدراسة، فإن السعودية جاءت في المرتبة الثانية عالميا حيث بلغ سعر لتر البنزين نحو 8 سنتات فقط، في حين تعد بريطانيا من بين أغلى ثلاثة بلدان من حيث بيع البنزين.
أما النرويج فقد تربعت صدارة البلدان من حيث ارتفاع سعر البنزين، وبالمقارنة ما بين بريطانيا والنرويج يدفع السائق البريطاني نحو 90 سنتا للتر الواحد مقارنة بنحو 100 سنتا يدفعها المواطن النرويجي في العاصمة أوسلو للتر البترول الواحد.
ولا تزال حرب تزايد أسعار البترول في بريطانيا مستعرة، خاصة أنها في تزايد منذ عام 2008، إذ ارتفعت قيمة اللتر الواحد بواقع 11.88 بنسا عن العام الذي سبقه ليصبح في عام 2009 نحو 121.76 بنسا. وللتوضيح، هذا الازدياد في النسبة يعني ارتفاع سعر ملء 50 لترا من البنزين في خزان السيارة بواقع نحو 6 جنيهات إسترلينية أي نحو 10 دولارات.
وأشارت الدراسة إلى أن العاصمة الفنزويلية كاراكاس تتربع على قائمة أرخص البلدان لبيع البنزين في العالم، بحيث يبلغ معدل لتر البترول ما بين 2 و3 بنسات، ويعود الفضل بذلك للرئيس الفنزويلي هوغو شافيز من خلال وضعه خطة لمراقبة أسعار البترول في البلدان الأمريكية الجنوبية.
ومراقبة وضبط أسعار البترول في فنزويلا تشكّل تحديا للحكومة الحالية وسابقاتها لتفادي ما حصل في الثمانينيات، ما أدى إلى انتشار الفوضى والسرقة ومقتل الكثير من المواطنين.
وفي المرتبة الثالثة تأتي مدينة طرابلس الليبية، وذلك على الرغم من اندلاع الثورة في البلاد، لكن ليبيا استطاعت المحافظة على موقعها الثالث في قائمة أرخص البلدان للنفط في العالم مع العلم بأن ليبيا تعتبر تاسع أكبر منتج للنفط ويبلغ سعر اللتر الواحد نحو 9 بنسات.
وفي المرتبة الرابعة تأتي تركمانستان، وفي المرتبة الخامسة تقع مملكة البحرين، أما في المرتبة السادسة تأتي الكويت، وبعدها قطر ثم مصر التي تتربع على المرتبة الثامنة ولم تتأثر أسعار النفط فيها بعد ثورة ”25 يناير”، إلا أن المحللين لا يمكنهم التنبؤ بما يخبئه المستقبل من تقلبات من شأنها التأثير على أسعار النفط، وفي المرتبة التاسعة، تقع سلطنة عمان.
