ان الانتصار للذات اصعب ما ابتليت به النفس البشرية
ترى ما لها وتتعامى عما عليها
مشكلتنا:
إضافة إلى انتصارانا لذواتنا ولو كنا مخطئين
أنا:
اصبحنا نعشق شيئا اسمه " النقد "
لكنه:
" نقد " اسما من غير مسمى
وهو في الواقع:
" حرزة " و" شغلة "
رائدها:
الحسد
لماذا؟؟؟
لأن أول من يعيب على غيره ذلك لو بلغ ما بلغوا لما قصر في ارتكاب الأشنع
يدلك على ذلك:
أنهم لو تم " قضاء" حاجته لما اشتكى
ولو رأى غيره يعانون من " التصراف "
نعم الكل يشتكي
وكأن:
في بلادنا الغالية لا يوجد ما يستحق المدح
أو ان نفخر به
الكل:
يشتكي من أمور عديدة
ولكنهم:
بالرغم من عيشهم في هذا الوطن الغالي
يأكل غلته ولو قليلة
ويعيش في عزة يتكلم بما يشاء
وينام بين أهله آمنا مطمئنا
اجمعوا على جملة واحدة تمثل أعمق حدود النكران:
" ما دينا منها والو هاذ لبلاد "
ولكن
يتعامى الجميع أنهم شركاء فيما يشتكون منه
ذلك أنهم:
بذلك النقد -زعموا- لم يقدروا على التقدم خطوة
نعم تقدموا خطوة ولكن للهلاك
ذلك أن:
فلسفتهم في الحياة:
" تخطي راسي "
" ما درت والو كيما دارو الناس !"
"وعلاه نحرق في الجوامع "
" هوما ناس الفوق اللي هلكونا"
ونسي هؤلاء:
أن لا احد فيهم ربما يؤدي عمله:
1- في الوقت الذي يجب
2-كما يجب
3-للوقت الذي يجب
وأنه ايضا:
يؤدي الخدمة لمعارفه بسرعة
ولغيره بوجه عابس وثقل ملحوظ
نسي انه:
أول من يقوم بـ " تصراف " اصحاب الحقوق في عمله
مع أن طلباتهم ابسط:
مما يطلبه هو من رئيس البلدية والوالي
أخيرا اقول:
الله يهدي ناس " التحت " قبل ناس " الفوق "

ايضا من خلال تحليلى صديقى وجدت انك انسان اندفاعى نوعا ما لاتميل الى المرونة وهاته الميزة اخى تجعلك تنضر للامور بفكر احادي وفى الغالب انت تجد صعوبة كبيرة فى التواصل مع الغير فانصحك ان توسع فى التعامل مع الامور والافكار معا
ايضا وجدتك انك انسان ينقصك نوعا ما الاصرار لم اجد ملامح على وجهك او كتاباتك دلائل تدل على معالم الاصرار او قوة العزيمة والارادة فهاته اضن انها ضعيفة فالذى ضهر انك حيران فى نفسك فارجوا ان تنميها فحتما ان هناك عدم التوازن فى مناحى الحياة يحيط بك وبحاجة الى ترابط فى الافكار ايضا هذا ياتى من المرونة فى التفكير
ايضا ارى ان لديك القابلية للتعلم وكسب المعرفة لاكنك تخفيها عن الناس فانت انسان تكبت مشاعرك ولا تضهرها للعيان ومقربيك لاتحب التعبير عنها لانك تحب البريستيج والضهور بمضاهر سامية بين اقرانك
معامل العاطفة لديك ضعيف
معامل الذكاء لديك 80 من 140 فانت فى وسط مشوار التميز
المنطق تتجاهله كثيرا فتاخذ مما هو موجود من الساحة ولا تمحص كثيرا فى المصادر
اعيد واكرر ..انت شخص لديه قابلية للتميز اراه فى وجهكم شرط ان تجلس مع نفسك فانت بحاجة ماسة للجلوس مع نفسك واعادة هيكلة للهندسة النفسية والبحث فى الامور التى تصنع برمجة عصبية سليمة و ايضا لديك ازمة عقل ليست بالمستوى الحاد فهناك ارتباك يحصل لك وتخاف التناقضات كثيرا وهذا ليس من المستبعد ان يصيبك ارهاق او مشاكل صحية فانصحك اخى ان تخرج من هذا الارتباك ولا تغوص فى بحر التناقضات كثيرا حاول ان تنضم الاهداف وتعمل من خلالها ولا تخلط فى الاهداف والغايات واصنع لنفسك دوائر اهتمام لاتشغل نفسك الا وفق هاته الدوائر
دائرة الاسرة.. اجعل لاسرتك حق ووقت ركز عليه واستمتع بها كل الاستمتاع لايشغلك شيئ
دائرة العمل .. ركز على عملك واجعل برنامج له متكامل لا ترمى تفكيرك على سواه وحاول تطويره باستمرار
دائرة الموهبة .. ماهية موهبتك اخى استثمر فيها ونميها ايضا اجعل لك برنامجا متكامل طموح مخطوط بخطوات متباينة واضحة لا تسير الا وفقها ضمن اهداف مسطرة من قبل
عش كل دائرة باحلى اوقاتها وكانها هى كل شيئ ومع الوقت سيتدرب العقل على التنضيم والتعامل وفق الروابط فى البرمجة النفسية ستجد ان هناك راحة نفسية وتطور كبيرا سيطرء على حياتك وايضا سيفيض العطاء ومع الايام والعمل الجاد ستدخل عالم الابداع والعطاء ان استثمرت في ما قلته .

اعود لموضوعك .. هناك اكتشاف اكتشفه علماء الاجتماع الا وهو الصراع الاجتماع فمن خلال الصراعات والحروب التى حصلت على مر التاريخ وجدوا ان نفسية الانسان مركبة خير وشر فالانسان مخلوق مركب اي نركب افكارنا وسلوكياتنا ونرثها ومن النادر ان نجد المبدعين
فقلت من خلال هذا الصراع بين الخير والشر ينشئ فى المجتمع صراع اجتماعى ومعارك طاحنة بين طموحات البشر واطماع وغيرها
فرئ العلماء ان الدولة يجب ان تتدخل وتنضم هذا الصراع الاجتماعى والا صار الناس يتعاركون كالبهائم فرئو ان ينقلوا هذا الصراع الى المنافسة فى جانبه المفيد والخير بدل ان يتنافسوا فى هلاك انفسهم وفى فنائهم من هذا نشئت الحواضن الابداع والمنتديات وكل شيئ يحوى هذا الصراع شرط ان لايتحول الى صراع ديكة

الصراع فى القاعدة اخى طبيعى عندنا فهو نتيجة لصراعات طويلة فى القمة فالقاعدة لا هياكل تحتضنها ولا احزاب فاعلة ولا مصانع ولا معاهد تحتضن المواهب ولا ولا ولا فطبيعى تنتشر ثقافة العنف بعد غياب علم التنمية البشرية وكل هذا مدروس اخى وكنا عالى علم به راجع مقالاتنا السابقة ودمت بخير

لك الحق اخى ان تنتقدنى وايضا ان رئيت اي شيئ يخص جانب التنمية البشرية فارجوا ان لاتبخلنا به فالانسان مرءات اخيه

فليس الأمر متعلقا بكون أن الصراع شيء طبيعي في القاعدة كون القمة تعيش صراعا أيضا

المشكلة أخي في الجزائريين اليوم أن:

السلام عليكم
ما طرحته من إشكال هو البنية التحتية لمجتمعنا،أصبح الإسكافي خبير في الطب وراح يعالج أسباب إضراب الطبيب المقيم،والبقال يجادل في إضراب العمال و هكذا...
على حسب تجربتي القصيرة فوق سطح هذه الأرض يمكن أن أقول غير جازما أن الجزائري ينتقد محيطه سواء كان مرتاح أو غير مرتاح من جميع النواحي.
هذا من جهة و من أخرى ديننا الحنيف حثنا على البدأ بإصلاح انفسنا قبل المطالبة بإصلاح غيرنا و قد ورد في الأثر مايدل على هذا،لكن هيهات فالإنسان خلق عجولاً

إن أسطوانة نقد النظام و مؤسسات الدولة دون غيرهما أصبحت أسطوانة قديمة علينا التخلص منها...
فمتى ندرك إدراكا لا شوائب فيه أننا بشر ... بشر لسنا معصومين من الخطأ و الزلل...و أنه علينا أن نتبع خطأنا مباشرة بالإستغفار و التوبة أولا ثم الإعتراف دون خجل للآخرين...أو على الأقل نعترف بيننا و بين أنفسنا فهذه أول خطوة لإصلاح حالنا...
