الأزمة اليمنية تقترب من الحل النهائي

أصدر الرئيس اليمني علي عبد الله صالح، الذي يخضع للعلاج في المملكة العربية السعودية، نتيجة إصابته في هجوم استهدف قصره الرئاسي في جوان الماضي، قراراً بتفويض نائبه عبد ربه منصور هادي، للتوقيع على المبادرة الخليجية، الرامية إلى إنهاء الأزمة السياسية الطاحنة، التي تشهدها الجمهورية اليمنية منذ مطلع العام الجاري. ويتضمن القرار، بحسب ما أوردته،أمس الإثنين ، وكالة الأنباء اليمنية ”سبأ”، ”تفويض نائب رئيس الجمهورية، عبد ربه منصور هادي، بالصلاحيات الدستورية اللازمة، لإجراء حوار مع الأطراف الموقعة على المبادرة، التي قدمتها دول مجلس تعاون الخليج العربي، والاتفاق على آلية زمنية لتنفيذها، والتوقيع بعد ذلك على المبادرة نيابة عنا”.كما يتضمن القرار، الذي يحمل رقم 24 لسنة 2011، ”البدء بمتابعة التنفيذ برعاية إقليمية ودولية، وبما يفضي إلى إجراء انتخابات رئاسية مبكرة، يتفق على موعدها، وتضمن انتقالاً سلمياً وديمقراطياً للسلطة.”
وذكر أنه يأتي في إطار ”ما تقتضيه المصلحة الوطنية العليا، وحرصاً على التوصل إلى حل سياسي للأزمة السياسية الراهنة، وبما يحفظ لليمن وحدته وأمنه واستقراره وسلمه الاجتماعي.”
