فوائد المكسّرات

يعتبر الدهن الموجود في الجوز واللوز من الدهون غير المشبعة والأحادية، والذي يعتبر مفيدا جدا لجسم الإنسان، خصوصا أنه يحمي القلب من أمراض القصور وأمراض الشرايين الأخرى وتصلبها ويخفض الجوز معدل الكولسترول الضار ldl في الدم، كما تحتوي المكسرات على العديد من الفوائد الأخرى، مثل احتوائها على الألياف الغذائية، والتي قد تصل إلى أكثر من 3 بالمائة خصوصا البندق.
وترتبط أهمية الألياف في وقايتها في الكثير من المشاكل خصوصا علاج أمراض القولون، كما تحوي الألياف العديد من مضادات الأكسدة والفيتامينات، لذا فهي تلعب دورا أساسيا في الحد من أمراض تصلب الشرايين وأمراض القلب والحد من الشعور بالجوع. وهذا يفيد البدينين الراغبين في تنحيف أجسامهم، حيث أن الامتناع عن الطعام وبقاء المعدة فارغة بشكل مستمر يؤثر على ظهور القرحة المعدية. لذا ينصح بتناول كمية كافية من المكسرات يوميا والتي يكون لها تأثير كبير على الحد من الجوع، شرط أن يكون تناولها بشكل معقول وبدون إسراف.
وتحتوي المكسرات نسبة جيدة من البوتاسيوم والذي يعتبر عنصرا فعالا لتنشيط العضلات خصوصا عضلة القلب. كما أن للمكسرات أهمية للأطفال والحوامل، لأنها تمنحهم عنصري الحديد والكالسيوم وتكمن أهمية هذين العنصرين أنها تساعد الحوامل والأطفال على الوقاية من فقر الدم وهشاشة العظام وجعل أعضاء الجنين في نشاط دائم داخل رحم الأم، كما أنه مفيد لبناء المخ والعظام لاحتوائه على مادة الفسفور.
وتحوي المكسرات البروتينات التي تضاهي تلك الموجودة في اللحوم، بل إنها الأفضل لأن بروتينات المكسرات لا تكون حامض البواليك في الجسم، والتي تسببها بروتينات اللحوم ويكاد زلال المكسرات أن يكون خاليا من الجراثيم الضارة والطفيليات، كما تؤكل المكسرات نيئة فتبقى محافظة على فائدتها.
