حركة "طالبان" تشن هجمات انتحارية قرب حي السفارات في العاصمة كابول (http://www.france24.com/ar/20110913-afghanistan-taliban-attacks-nato-buildings-us-uk-embassies)


شن انتحاريون من حركة طالبان بعد ظهر أمس الثلاثاء هجومات منسقة في وسط كابول واستهدفت مقر قيادة قوة الحلف الاطلسي في افغانستان (ايساف) وسفارة الولايات المتحدة ما ادى الى سبعة قتلى و19 جريحا في صفوف عناصر الشرطة والمدنيين.
وتشكل هذه الهجمات في احد اكثر الاحياء امنا في العاصمة، التي تخضع هي نفسها لتدابير امنية مشددة، صفعة جديدة للحلف الاطلسي الذي بدأ سحب قواته المقاتلة من افغانستان ونقل المهمات الامنية في البلاد الى القوات الافغانية، على ان تنتهي هذه العملية "الانتقالية" اواخر 2014.
والمعارك التي بدأت بعد الظهر كانت مستمرة حتى المساء في وسط المدينة، بين القوات الافغانية وقوات الحلف الاطلسي وعدد من المهاجمين الشديدي التسليح.
وقد تحصن هؤلاء في مبنى قيد الانشاء قريب من مقر اجهزة الاستخبارات الافغانية ويبعد حوالى 500 متر من المجمع المترامي الارجاء لقوة ايساف.
ويقع المدخل الرئيسي للمقر قبالة السفارة الاميركية في شارع مقفل ويخضع لحماية مشددة في وسط العاصمة.
وبدا ان اطلاق النار توقف مساء. وقال صديق صديقي المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية ان "الشرطة بلغت الطابق السابع او الثامن. ان عمليات التمشيط مستمرة. هناك مهاجم او اثنان يختبئان" في المبنى المؤلف من 12 طابقا.
وفي وقت سابق، اطلقت مروحيات للجيش الافغاني النار على المبنى .واوضح صديقي ان ثلاثة شرطيين واربعة مدنيين قتلوا فيما اصيب تسعة شرطيين وعشرة مدنيين.
واكد الحلف الاطلسي ان "مجموعة صغيرة من المتمردين هاجمت الضواحي القريبة للسفارة الاميركية ومقر قيادة قوة ايساف".
وقال متحدث باسم قوة ايساف هو الليفتنانت كولونيل جيمي كومينغزان اطلاق نار من اسلحة خفيفة و"اطلاق نار غير مباشر" (صواريخ او قذائف هاون) اسفرا عن "اضرار محدودة" لافتا الى عدم سقوط اي شخص داخل مجمع ايساف.
وقال كيري هانن المتحدث باسم السفارة الاميركية ان ثلاثة اشخاص وحارس جميعهم افغان اصيبوا في السفارة.
وبعد الظهر، هاجم انتحاريان آخران ثكنتين للشرطة في غرب كابول، تبعدان بضعة كيلومترات من وسط المدينة. وقد قتلتهما الشرطة، لكنهما انفجرا فقتلا شرطيا واصابا بجروح اربعة اشخاص هم ثلاثة مدنيين وشرطي، كما اعلنت شرطة كابول في بيان.
كذلك قتلت الشرطة انتحاريا على الطريق المؤدية الى مطار كابول وعثرت معه على سبعة كلغ من المتفجرات.
وسقطت قذيفتا هاون على الاقل في حي يضم عددا من السفارات الغربية، الاولى على مقر شبكة تلفزيون خاصة والاخرى في شارع .
وطوال فترة بعد الظهر، سمعت اصداء اطلاق نار، كان غزيرا في البداية ثم تحول متفرقا.
واكد ذبيح الله مجاهد المتحدث باسم حركة طالبان في رسالة نصية الى وكالة فرانس برس ان "اهداف الهجومات التي شنت اليوم هي مقر قيادة قوة ايساف والسفارة الاميركية واجهزة الاستخبارات الافغانية ومواقع اخرى حساسة".
