أفكار وسلوكيات لا تقودك إلى السعادة فتجنبها:

1- الشعور بالنقص :
هناك أشخاص يشعرون دائم بالنقص وأنهم أنقص من غيرهم ، وذلك مثلا لأنهم لم يكموا تعليمهم، أو لحالتهم المادية الأقل من المتوسطة مما يجعلهم يشعرون بالنقص.

الحل لذلك: الدليل الوحيد على للحياة هو (النمو) فأنت تتطور وتنمو كما ينمو غيرك فبدلا من أن تعذب نفسك بأنك ناقص اتخذ خطوات عملية تطورك وتنميك وهذا كفاية لتتغلب على الشعور بالنقص.

2- عدم تقدير أو حب الذات :
: لدينا فكرة خاطئة منذ طفولتنا هي ان الذي يحب نفسه هو شخص أناني ولا يفكر في أحد ولا يحب غير نفسه ،، علينا أن نغير هذه الفكرة فالذي لا يحب نفسه أو يقدرذاته غير قادر على إعطاء الحب ، حب الذات أفضل من كره الذات ، لأنك تشل نشاطك ، تشعر بأنك رخيص ، حتى إن فعلت فعلا سيئا لا تكره نفسك ، اكره ذلك التصرف السيء فقط ، وهذا من اهم الأسباب التي تجعلنا نبني من أطفالنا أشخاصا لا يقدرون ذواتهم فعندما يتصرف تصرفا خاطئا تقول له أمه (أنا لا أحبك ) ولكن الصحيح أن تقول له (أنا لا أحب الطريقة التي تصرفت بها) مما يجعله يتربى على فكرة (أمي لا تحبني) ,, الحل: لا ترفض المديح كأن يقول لك أحد عمل جبار فتقول لا إنه عمل بسيط ،، قل الحمدلله الذي وفقني ، شكرا لك
إذا دعاك شخص لتناول الغداء فتقول لقد دعاني لأنه لم يجد غيري ، قد يكون أصدقائه مشغولون ولن يدعوني مرة أخرى ،، بل قل (أنا شخص محبوب .. لذلك دعاني ، أخبره بأنك سعيد لأنه دعاك)

3- الكسل والتسويف :
: عندما تكون لديك مهمة إنجاز عمل معين:مذاكرة،بحث، ترتيب أوراقك
..ولكنك تقول بعد قليل سأبدأ ،غدا ،عندما أستيقظ،خلال أسبوع.وتمر الأيام وأنت لم تفعل شي. فلم تهنأ بنومك ولا بأكلك ،ولا بنزهتك لأن هم إنجاز العمل ورائك في كل مكان : الحل لذلك : قل سأبدأ الآن وابدأ،حينها ستهنأ بإنجاز عملك وبنومك وبنزهتك وو.لا تؤجل عمل اليوم إلى الغد.

4- الإتباع الأعمى للعادات والتقاليد :
: لكل مجتمع عاداته وتقاليده وقيمه يجب على كل فرد احترامها حتى لا يكون شاذا ، ويكون مفارقا للجماعة ، لكن عندما تجد نفسك مدفوعا للقيام بعمل شيء معين لأن عدم عمله يعتبر عيبا وأنت غير مقتنعا به ولكنك تعمل به لأنه لا يستحسن من قبل الغير ، فإن ذلك يشعرك بالتوتر وإضطرابا بين ما تعمله وما تشعر به ، مثل أن تقدم ضيافة لشخص واحد بما يكفي مائة شخص وذلك لأنه عيب أن تقدم ضيافة بسيطة لأنك ابن العائلة الفلانية ، أو حتى لا يقولوا عنك بخيل فتفعل ذلك وتضطر لدفع أموال كبيرة وانت غير مقتنع بها.. فعليك أن تقاوم الضار من العادات التي لا تمت إلى العقل والدين بصلة ، وذلك من أجل صحتك النفسية.

5- وصف النفس بصفات سلبية :
: بعض الناس يطلقون على أنفسهم صفات ويستسلمون لها،، مثلا ،، أنا عصبي ، أنا خجول ، أنا حساس (هذه طبيعتي) ويلصقوها بأنفسهم وكأنها ماركة مسجلة ،هؤلاء هم الذين حكموا على أنفسهم بعدم التغيير فلن ينموا ولن يتطوروا ..الحل : ابدأ بالتخلص منذ ذلك ، استعمل كلمات إيجابية (أنا هادئ بطبيعتي) أبلغ من حولك بأنك قررت التخلص من هذه الصفة السلبية ، وتذكر دائما أن كل الصفات والنعوت أشياء متعلمة وأنك قادر على أن تكون الأفضل فقم بإختيار أجمل الصفات وتعلمها.

6- الفراغ الروحي
: تستطيع أن تغير مجرى حياتك ،وتحقق أحلامك وطموحاتك ، وتتكيف مع حياتك بكل إيجابية ومعك كل ما تتمناه إلا أنك أحيانا تشعر بالكآبة؟ إذا كنت كذلك فاعلم أنك مصاب بالفراغ الروحي.هذا النوع من الكآبة له علاج واحد فقط /الإيمان بالله يجعلك مطمئنا بأنك مهما واجهت من مصاعب وتغلبت على مصاعب هناك من هو أقوى وأقدر وأعز من الجميع (الله) الإيمان والأنس به علاج نفسي فريد من نوعه..
