الدليل المنهجي للنشاطات اللاصفية للموسم الدراسي 2011_2012 _جاهز للطباعة

‫في إطار الإصلاحات الشاملة التي تشهدها المنظومة التربوية، بادرت وزارة التربية‬ الوطنية إلى إدخال تعديلات على تنظيم الزمن الدراسي، وفق معايير دولية، تناولتها وثيقة‬ مشروع الوتيرة المدرسية بالاعتماد على دراسات ميدانية متخصصة. وبعد التخفيفات وإعادة‬ تنظيم المعارف المهيكلة للمواد المختلفة خلال العمليات السابقة، تمت عملية تخفيف الحجم‬ الساعي الأسبوعي، مما سمح بالاستفادة من فضاء زمني يمكن استغلاله لإعادة بعث النشاطات‬ اللاصفية، التي شكلت انشغالا عبر عنه المربون، والشركاء في مناسبات عديدة.‬
‫ونظرا لأهمية النشاطات اللاصفية في تكملة وتعزيز الأهداف التعليمية، وتأثيرها على‬ توازن شخصية المتعلم في جميع المستويات، قامت مديرية النشاطات الثقافية والرياضية والنشاط‬
‫الاجتماعي لوزارة التربية الوطنية بوضع برنامج إعلامي، تحسيسي وتكويني لهذا الغرض،‬
‫يشمل ما يلي:‬
‫1. تنظيم جامعة صيفية لفائدة مجموعة من المفتشين، المديرين، وأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي من‬ كل ولاية، قصد تأهيلهم ومدهم بالآليات البيداغوجية والتنظيمية التي تمكنهم من التكفل‬ بالموضوع.‬
‫تميزت نشاطات الجامعة الصيفية بثراء البرنامج وتنوعه، مما سمح للمشاركين‬ والمؤطرين بتوسيع دائرة الاهتمامات والإطلاع على المبادرات المختلفة على المستوى الوطني،‬ وهذا من شأنه تحديد العوامل البيئية، والجغرافية والعمل على استغلالها لتنمية الجوانب الثقافية‬ للمنطقة، عن طريق مشاريع هادفة تضمن الإدماج الفعلي للموارد وتتوج ‪ ‬بمنتوج ثقافي قابل‬ للتثمين، عن طريق التبادل، المنافسات، المهرجانات...إلخ.‬
ولتسهيل تطبيق ومتابعة الاعمال اللاصفية وتثمينها وضعت اللجان البيداغوجية دليلا منهجيا موجها للمعلم يحمل بطاقات فنية مبسطة للاستاناس وتحضير الانشطة.... وللإطلاع أكثر حمل من الرابط اسفله.
