إسبانيا تحرق أرشيف علاقاتها السابقة مع القذافي

قالت صحيفة “إيه بي سي” الإسبانية في عددها الصادر أمس الأحد، إن الحكومة الإسبانية أمرت بحرق جميع الملفات الأرشيفية التى من الممكن أن يستغلها نظام معمر القذافى عندما قررت مدريد ترك السفارة فى ليبيا في مارس الماضي، حيث أن هناك الآلاف من الوثائق بينها ملاحظات داخلية وبرقيات خاصة بالسفارة، ولكن تم التخلص منها عن طريق الحرق والتقطيع خشية من أن تستغلها القوات الموالية للقذافي ضد إسبانيا. وجاء هذا القرار بعد 3 أشهر من نشر ويكيليكس الآلاف من الوثائق الفاضحة من سفارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أنه تم العثور على تسجيلات هاتفية خاصة بالسفارة الإسبانية، وقام أحد المراسلين الأمريكيين بالاستماع إلى البعض منها، مضيفة أن السلطات الليبية المنتهية ولايتها احتفظت بهذه التسجيلات الهاتفية، ومنها ما كان يتم الاحتفاظ بها داخل السفارة وهو ما أقلق إسبانيا، حيث اكتشفت أنهم قاموا بتسجيل تلك المكالمات عن طريق وضع ميكروفونات في مسجد أمام القنصلية وفي هذا المسجد الآن يوجد العلم الخاص بالثورة، ولذلك فقد قررت إسبانيا حرق جميع الوثائق الخاصة بالقذافي في السفارة فى حال احتلت القوات الموالية للقذافي السفارة لم يستطيعوا أن يجدوا أية وثيقة من الممكن أن تأخذ عليها أو يستغلوها بأي شكل. وأوضحت الصحيفة أن المظاهرات ضد الديكتاتور القذافي بدأت من 15 فيفري الماضى وأدت إلى موت المئات من الليبيين، ورأت إسبانيا فى هذا الوقت ضرورة إغلاق السفارة وعودة موظفيها إلى إسبانيا خوفا على حياتهم وخوفا من ارتكاب النظام الليبي أية حماقة.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أنه عندما تم إجلاء السفير لويس جارسيا فرانسيسكو سيريزو وآخر الموظفين الإسبان من السفارة في 2 مارس الماضي بعد تعليمات من عدة أفراد من الشرطة، فقد شهد العديد عن وجود تبادل إطلاق النار، وتفاقم الوضع من البداية حيث أن مدريد كانت قررت الانضمام إلى موقف الثوار ضد القذافى الذى رأته مدريد فقد كل شرعيته، ولذلك فقد انضمت إسبانيا لمهمة الناتو فى ليبيا التى بدأت في 19 مارس، وعلى الرغم من ذلك فإن مبنى السفارة لم يتم الهجوم عليه كما حدث في سفارات آخرى مثل إيطاليا.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن في أواخر أوت الماضى تمكن الثوار من السيطرة على طرابلس، وعينت إسبانيا سفيرا جديدا، خوسيه رييرا، الذى كان مبعوثا دبلوماسيا من قبل الثوار ولكن بصفة غير رسمية، وبالفعل هو الآن عاد إلى السفارة الإسبانية في ليبيا ليبدأ عمله كسفير، وهذا ما فعلته أيضا إيطاليا وفرنسا وبريطانيا وتركيا، وتم رفع العلم الإسباني والاتحاد الأوروبى مرة أخرى في طرابلس.
