http://montada.echoroukonline.com/ar/images/stories/ciments/les_organes.jpg مازالت عملية التبرع بالأعضاء في الجزائر تنحصر في الطلب بين أفراد العائلة رغم التحسيس بأهمية التبرع في إنقاذ حياة الكثير من المرضى ، غير أن ثقافة التبرع بالأعضاء لغير الأقارب لا تزال فتية في الجزائر ولا تحظى بالقبول رغم كل حملات الاعلام والتحسيس.
ومن أجل العمل على غرس ثقافة أهمية التبرع بالأعضاء في الجزائر ، قامت وزارة الصحة بسن قانون يدخل حيز التطبيق شهر سبتمبر الجاري حيث أكد وزير الصحة والسكان وإصلاح المستشفيات جمال ولد عباس أن هذا القانون يعطي الحق لصاحبه في التبرع بأعضائه بعد وفاته بالتوقيع على سجل وطني يعطي الحق للجهات الوصية في التصرف في أعضائه عند الحاجة .وفي حال موافقة أهله وأقاربه يصبح من الممكن نقل الأعضاء لإنقاذ حياة مواطنين آخرين.

كما اضطلعت الجمعيات طيلة عدة سنوات بدور كبير في التحسيس بضرورة التبرع بالأعضاء، على غرار جمعية التبرع بالأعضاء ببومرداس التي حققت الكثير لحد الآن –على حسب ما أوضحه رئيسها لوني – الذي شدد على ضرورة توفير الوسائل اللازمة للوصول إلى مرحلة التبرع بالأعضاء بعد الوفاة في الجزائر .

هذا ويتقبل بعض المواطنين فكرة التبرع بالأعضاء من أجل إنقاذ حياة أناس آخرين لكن شريطة إعطاء توضيحات وضمانات معتبرين أن التبرع بالأعضاء شيء ايجابي ولكن هذه الثقافة ليست منتشرة بعد في الجزائر ولذلك يجب التحسيس أكثر بذلك .

أما عن رأي الدين في هذه القضية فقد أبرز يحي الدوري مدير الإرشاد والتوجيه الديني بوزارة الشؤون الدينية أن رجال الدين يجيزون عملية التبرع بالأعضاء شريطة وجود ضوابط لهذا التبرع و أن لا تضر بصحة المتبرع ، وفي حالة الوفاة يتم اشتراط قبول الميت بالتبرع في حياته مطالبين بضبط العملية ومراقبتها لتفادي المتاجرة بالأعضاء.

س : (( وسمعت أن لكم رؤية معينة في نقل الأعضاء ، افيدونا أثابكم الله ؟ )) .
ج : (( أنا أرى أن نقل الأعضاء محرم ولا يحل ، وقد صرح فقهاء الحنابلة بأنه لا يجوز نقل العضو حتى لو أوصى به الميت فإنه لا تنفذ وصيته فالإنسان لا يملك نفسه هو مملوك ، ولهذا قال الله عز وجل : { ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم } ، وحرم على الإنسان إذا كان البرد يضره أن يغتسل فليتيمم حتى يجد ماءا دافئا ، وليس لإنسان أن يأذن لشخص فيقول يا فلان اقطع إصبع من أصابعي فكيف بالعضو العامل كالكلية والكبد وما أشبه هذا ، والله أنا أعجب كيف يتبرع الإنسان بعضو خلقه الله فيه ولا شك أن له مصلحة كبيرا ودورا بالغا في الجسم ، أيظن أحد أن الله خلق هاتين الكليتين عبثا ؟!! ، لا يمكن ، لابد أن لكل واحدة منهما عمل ، ثم إذا نزعت إحداهما وأصيبت الأخرى بمرض أو عطب ماذا يكون ؟ ، أجيبوا يا أطباء ، أقول ماذا يكون ؟ ، يموت أو يَزرع ، قد لا يتسنى .
فالذي أرى منع هذا وأن لا تجعل الأوادم كالسيارات لها ورش وقطع غيار وما أشبه ذلك )) .(2)

اشترط أن ينقل ما ينقل لأناس صالحين علني أنال من اجر اعمالهم شيئا
فمثلا لو أخذت كليتي لشارب خمر (تهردت عليا و عليها هههههه)
لكن لو أخذت قرنية عيني لقاريء قرآن فأعتقد ان الامر يختلف
