القذافي يملك سيارة ثمنها 5 ملايين و500 ألف دولار تحميه كالدبابة من مطارديه

يعتقد أهم موقع فرنسي للأخبار أن العقيد الليبي، معمر القذافي، يتجول منذ أن فرّ من طرابلس قبل شهر بسيارة "ديجيتال'' مزودة بتصفيح خاص وتكنولوجيا وحمايات تجعلها دبابة تحميه من مطارديه، الى درجة أنه لو استهدفها أحدهم بالقنابل وهي على الطريق لخاب ظنه من رؤيتها تكمل سيرها من دون أن يلحق بها وبمن في داخلها أي ضرر.

السيارة التي كشف تفاصيلها موقع "ميديابار" الشهير، رباعية الدفع بهيكل مرسيدس طراز ML وصنعتها شركة "بول- أميسيس" الفرنسية معززة بمظلة حماية كهرومغناطيسية، أو Faraday shield على اسم مكتشف البنزين، وهو العالم البريطاني مايكل فراداي، المتوفي قبل 144 سنه، ومخترع نظام عزل التموج الكهروممغنط عن داخل مساحة مغلقة، كما السيارة الآن.

وتقوم المظلة بردع أي هجوم كهربي على السيارة. كما تحمي من بداخلها من الصواعق ومن أي حقل كهربائي عالي التوتر، الى جانب ردع التشويش والموجات الكهربية والراديوية المعادية لمسافة 100 متر، لذلك أطلقت "أميسيس" اسم "نظام الشبح" على ما عززت به السيارة التي تعتبر ما فيها من تصفيح وحمايات متطورة فريدا من نوعه في عالم الردع العدائي.

وسيارة العقيد محمية أيضا من أي هجمات إلكترونية تهدف لتعطيل أجهزة اتصالات متطورة بداخلها وتمكنه من الاتصال بمن يرغب، كما وكأنه داخل باب العزيزية تماما، وهو يتمكن داخلها من تسجيل رسائل صوتية اذا أراد، وبعيدا عن رصدها، ثم إرسالها عبر الإنترنت إلى أي محطة تلفزيونية يرغب بأن تبثها.

والغريب أن العقيد القذافي لم يظهر في أي صورة أو فيدو وهو يستخدم سيارته المصفحة، وكأنه كان يخفيها حتى عن المقربين، وكثيرا ما رأيناه في سيارات عادية وصغيرة لا تتمتع بأي حماية.

ويذكر "ميديابار" أن قرار بيع السيارة للعقيد كان في 2007 بدعم من وزير الداخلية الفرنسي حينذاك، نيكولا ساركوزي، الذي كلف رئيس ديوانه ذلك العام، كلود غيون، بمتابعة بيعها كجزء من صفقة "اتفاق أمني" قيمته أكثر من 37 مليون دولار "وتم بوساطة تاجر السلاح الفرنسي، اللبناني الأصل زياد تقي الدين" وفق الوارد في الموقع الإخباري.

كما يقول الموقع المعروف بأنه لا يتم الاطلاع على محتوياته إلا باشتراك لقاء أجر معلوم. إن ما تتمتع به "الشبح" من إجراءات وأجهزة وأنظمة للسلامة والحماية كبيرة إلى درجة يصعب الكشف عن المكان الذي يتواجد فيه داخل ليبيا فيما إذا كان يستخدمها فعلاً في هذه الأيام.

وكان بيع السيارة للعقيد ضمن صفقة تم تنفيذها بعد عام من توقيعها، أي حين تولى ساركوزي منصبه كرئيس لفرنسا، وبموجبها زودت فرنسا عبر "أميسيس" ليبيا بأجهزة وتكنولوجيا تساعد على مراقبة الاتصالات وشبكة الإنترنت والاطلاع على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والدردشات في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وغيرها.

والصفقة مرتبطة بملف ساخن وتتناقل تفاصيله وسائل الإعلام الفرنسية منذ 3 أسابيع تقريبا، وهو شمل زياد تقي الدين الناشط بتجارة السلاح وتوابعه، والمشتبه في ضلوعه بتفجيرات كراتشي بباكستان، كما وشركة "أميسيس" بأنها ساعدت العقيد بالتجسس على الليبيين. أما الشركة فردت بأن الصفقة كانت "لتعزيز مكافحة الإرهاب" وفق تعبيرها في بيان أصدرته الأسبوع الماضي.

وكما نرى، فإن الرئيس الفرنسي الذي تزعم المحرضين على إسقاط نظام القذافي ويحرض الآن على اعتقاله، كان باعه في 2007 سيارة سلمها إليه بعدها بعام، وهي التي يستخدمها العقيد هذه الأيام ليفر من الناتو ومطارديه الليبيين، وإذا لم يكن الحال كذلك.. فأين اختفت الشبح؟.
