متى يفيق العلمانيون ؟

في إبريل سنة 1925م صدر كتاب (الإسلام وأصمتى يفيق العلمانيون ؟ ول الحكم) للشيخ علي عبد الرازق (1305 ـ 1386هـ / 1887 ـ 1966م) ـ وهو الكتاب الذي أصبح ـ منذ ذلك التاريخ ـ "إنجيل العلمانيين في الشرق الإسلامي"
ـ وفي هذا الكتاب عقد صاحبه فصلاً عنوانه : "دين لا دولة ورسالة لا حكم" نفى فيه أية علاقة للإسلام بالسياسة والحكم والدولة والقانون.. وقال إن رسول الإسلام ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ : "ما كان إلا رسولاً لدعوة دينية خالصة للدين. ولم يقم بتأسيس دولة، ولم يرأس حكومة، وأن ظواهر القرآن تؤيد القول بأن النبي لم يكن له شأن في الملك السياسي، وأن عمله لم يتجاوز حدود البلاغ المجرد من كل معاني السلطان، كانت زعامته دينية لا سياسية، ويا بُعد ما بين السياسة والدين.. وأن المسلمين من حقهم أن يختاروا أي نظام حكم يريدون حتى ولو كان البلشفية"!!..

ومنذ ذلك التاريخ، وقف العلمانيون في بلادنا عند هذا الكلام دون أن يراجعوه، بل ودون أن يتابعوا تراجع علي عبد الرازق نفسه عن هذا الكلام، ونقضه له من الأساس!

لقد جاء هذا الكلام في الكتاب الذي صدر في إبريل سنة 1925م.. وبعد خمسة أشهر من صدور هذا الكتاب، وعقب المعركة الفكرية الكبرى التي أحدثتها هذه الدعوى، أجرت جريدة (السياسة) اليومية ـ التي كانت تدافع عن هذا الكتاب ـ أجرت حديثًا مع الشيخ علي عبد الرازق، نشرته في أول سبتمبر سنة 1925م تحت عنوان "حديث جديد مع الشيخ علي عبد الرازق" نقض الرجل فيه ما جاء بالكتاب، عندما قرر أن الإسلام ليس مجرد رسالة روحية، وإنما فيه شريعة إلهية، وأن إقامة هذه الشريعة وحدود الإسلام واجب على المسلمين، وأن إقامة الحكومة التي تطبق الشريعة وتقيم حدودها هي فريضة إسلامية وتكليف إلهي.. قال بالحرف:

"إن الإسلام دين تشريعي، وإنه يجب على المسلمين إقامة شرائعه وحدوده، وإن الله خاطبهم جميعًا بذلك، ويجب على المسلمين إقامة حكومة منهم تقوم بذلك".

ومعنى هذا الذي جاء في هذا "الحديث الجديد" أن الإسلام عقيدة وشريعة ـ أي أنه ليس مجرد رسالة روحية ـ وأن إقامة الشريعة وحدودها فريضة إلهية على الأمة الإسلامية.. وأن من الفرائض الإلهية على المسلمين إقامة الحكومة التي تقيم شرائع الإسلام وحدوده ـ وليس أية حكومة حتى ولو كانت بلشفية ـ !..

وفي مناسبة تالية ـ في مارس سنة 1932م ـ ألقى الشيخ علي عبد الرازق محاضرة بقاعة "إيوارت" ـ بالجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة ـ أكد فيها على أن الشريعة الإسلامية هي مرجعية الحكم في مصر، وأن الخروج عن هذا النهج هو كفر صريح بالقرآن... قال بالحرف : "لقد جرت مصر منذ العصور الأولى على أن يكون الحكم فيها شرعيًا، يرجع إلى أحكام الإسلام والأوضاع الإسلامية، وكان المصريون يفزعون أن يحتكموا إلى غير الإسلام، لأن الحكم بغير ما أنزل الله كفر صريح بالقرآن"!..

وفي مناسبة ثالثة ـ بمجلة "رسالة الإسلام" عدد مايو سنة 1951م ـ وصف الشيخ علي عبد الرازق تلفظه بعبارة "الإسلام مجرد رسالة روحية" بأنها عبارة ألقاها الشيطان على لسانه، وللشيطان أحيانًا كلمات يلقيها على ألسنة بعض الناس"!..

المهم أن العلمانيين لا يزالون يقفون عند "الماضي" الذي تم التراجع عنه، مع نقدهم الشديد للماضوية والماضويين.
