من منا لا يعاني هذا المشكل ؟؟؟؟؟





الخجل موضع إبتلاء العديد من الشبان والفتيات ، أي أنه طبع من الطباع التي ترهق كاهل الخجول ، فتراه يسعى دائماً لمواجهة خجله والقضاء عليه ، ولذا :


أوّلا : لست الخجول الوحيد .. الخجولون كثيرون .




ثانياً : اعتبر الخجل حالة عرضية وليست مرضية ، ولكنّها حالة تحتاج إلى علاج وعدم إهمال .




ثالثاً : الإرادة القوية سلاح فعّال في تجاوز أي طبع تكرهه ومنه الخجل .




لقد تعلّم الأعمى كيف يسير في الطرقات وقد لا يرتطم بشيء .. وتعلّم الأخرس كيف يتفاهم مع الناس بالإشارات ويوصل إليهم مطالبه ويوصلون إليه ما يريدون .. وتعلّم المعوّق كيف يواجه علّته ويتأقلم أو يتعايش معها كما لو لم يكن قد فقد شيئاً .




هل الخجل أعقد من ذلك ؟! أبداً .




ادرس الإرشادات التالية التي تجعلك تقول لـ (الخجل) وداعاً :




- نمِّ ثقافتك ، فالثقافة الوجه الذي تطلّ به على الناس .




- تحدّث باهتمامك أو ميولك وهواياتك واختصاصك ولا تدسّ أنفك في أمور لا تجيد الحديث عنها .




- قل رأيك مهما كان متواضعاً .. تحرّر من عقدة الرأي الصواب 100 % فليس هناك رأي صائب بهذه الدرجة ، إلاّ القول المقدّس .




- درِّب نفسك على الشعور بالاستقلالية وعدم التركيز على الأجواء والأشخاص المحيطين بك .. تصوّر أ نّهم لا يعلمون وتحدّث معهم كما لو كنت تريد تعليمهم أو إعلامهم .




- افتح صدرك للنقد .. أظهر شيئاً من التماسك في حضرة الآخرين ، وتعلّم أساليب الردّ اللطيف : لَم أسمع بهذا من قبل ، هذا ليس من اختصاصي لا أحبّ الخوض فيه ، أحبّ أن أستمع لأستفيد أكثر .




- كن مستمعاً جيِّداً .. اُنظر كيف يتحدّث الآخرون .. لا بأس عليك .. تعلّم بعض أساليبهم .. ستفيدك في القريب العاجل .




- لا تعطِ للأشياء والتصورات أكبر من حجمها ، ولا تفسح المجال للخيال واسعاً ، فقد يعكّر صفاء ذهنك ومزاجك .. خذ الأمور بسهولة ودون أي تعقيد .




- لا تطل حالات العزلة والانكماش لأ نّها موحشة وتزيد في الخجل والإنطواء .




- تحدّث مع نفسك في الخلوات.. ناقش موضوعاً من المواضيع.. اطرح آراءك حوله .. ضع أسئلة مفترضة قد توجه إليك وأجب عليها .. الكثير من الخطباء والمفوهين كانوا يفعلون ذلك .




- لا تطلب الشهرة والأضواء والتصفيق والإستحسان .. اطلب المقبولية ، أي أن تظهر شخصاً طبيعياً مقبولاً .




- الجرأة تمرين .




- التمرين يؤدِّي إلى التكامل ، وإلى التغلّب على الخجل وعلى كلّ مواطن الضعف.
