المقادير=

225 غ دقيق

125غ زبدة قطع

100 غ سكر

قرصة ملح

1 حبة بيض

برشة ليمون

ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا

نصف ملعقة قهوة خميرة حلوى

3 ملاعق ماء مثلج

قوالب خاصة بالتورتات الصغيرة

للكريمة باتيسير=

نصف لتر حليب

ملعقة ونصف نشاء

1 حبة بيض و صفار بيض

ملعقة اكل موز مطحون

20 غ زبدة

3 ملاعق اكل سكر عادي

نصف ملعقة قهوة فانيلا سائلة

للتزيين=

4 حبات موز قطع

ملعقة اكل جيلي سائل+2 ملاعق عسل

طريقة التحضير==

في خلاط كهربائي ضعي الدقيق المغربل مع رشة ملح وخميرة حلوى +الزبدة والسكر واخلطيهم جيدا اضيفي حبة بيض+الخلط ثم الماء المثلج واخلطي حتى تتحصلي على عجينة متماسكة ضعيها في الثلاجة لمدة نصف ساعة.

من جهة اخرى حضري الكريم باتسيير

ضعي الحليب في طنجرة على الناروفي اناء اخر اخلطي البيض مع السكر والفانيلا والنشاء والموز ولما يغلي الحليب افرغي عليه الخليط مع الخلط حتى يعقد انزعيه ثم ضعي عليه الزبدة وضعيه جانبا.

-سخني الفرن ثم ادهني القوالب (حوالي 12 قالب)

اخرجي العجينة من الثلاجة وافرديها في القوالب ثم اجعلي ثقوب بواسطة شوكة ثم ادخليها الى الفرن لمدة 20 دقيقة.

بعد 20 دقيقة اخرجي القوالب من الفرن ثم املئيها بالكريما وارجعيها الى الفرن لمدة 5 دقائق

بعد نضوج الحلوى زينبها بالقطع من الموز ثم اطليها بخليط الجيلي والعسل.
