لندن 'القدس العربي': كشف تقرير عن الدور الهام الذي لعبته القوات الخاصة من عدد من الدول في القتال ضد النظام الليبي السابق لمعمر القذافي. وقال ان اعدادا من القوات الخاصة من بريطانيا وفرنسا لعبت دورا كبيرا في تدريب مقاتلي المعارضة والتخطيط للعمليات وقامت باختراقات في مدينة طرابلس التي سقطت الشهر الماضي بيد المعارضة حيث عملت على المساعدة في تقدمهم نحوها.
واعد التقرير المعهد الملكي للدراسات المتحدة في لندن، واظهر ان قواتا من قطر والامارات العربية المتحدة ومصر وايطاليا وبلغاريا شاركت بقوات خاصة.
وقال ان وجود هذا العدد الكبير من قوات النخبة ادى الى تسريع جهود الاطاحة بنظام القذافي التي استمرت ستة اشهر، وجاء هذا التواجد الكثيف للقوات الخاصة في وقت لعبت فيه طائرات دول الناتو والبوارج الحربية دورا في تدمير قدرات الجيش الليبي، وتشديد الحصار على النظام ومنع تدفق النفط والمواد الغذائية للعاصمة طرابلس.
وقال التقرير ان قواتا خاصة من قطر والامارات هي التي قادت عمليات التقدم نحو العاصمة.
وعلى الرغم من عدم وجود معلومات عن اعدادها الا ان التقرير يقدر عدد الفرقة البريطانية بما بين 10-40 من وحدات اس اي اس، فيما نشرت فرنسا عددا مشابها او اكثر لكن مصر تبدو الدولة الاكثر من ناحية اعداد جنودها حيث نشرت على ما يعتقد حوالى 100 دخلوا ليبيا في شهر اذار (مارس) الماضي، وارسلت كل من قطر والامارات عشرين، اما بلغاريا فقد بلغ عدد جنود النخبة الذين ارسلتهم حوالى 12. واشار التقرير الى ان وجودهم على الارض ادى لتحسين دقة التصويب وضرب الاهداف في الطلعات الجوية مما ادى لخفض عدد القتلى الى حوالى مئة، خاصة ان عمليات تدمير الاهداف لم تؤد الى وقوع ضحايا بسبب الاضرار الجانبية. واثنى التقرير على كل من رئيس الوزراء البريطاني ديفيد كاميرون والرئيس الفرنسي نيكولاي ساركوز ووصفهما ببطلي الصدفة، لانهما قادا الجهود الدولية للتدخل العسكري واستصدار قرار 1973 لفرض حظر جوي واستخدام كل الوسائل الممكنة لحماية المدنيين، مما ادى الى تغيير المهمة من حماية المدنيين الى الاطاحة بالنظام. واشار المعهد المرتبط بالحكومة الى انهما اي كاميرون وساركوزي قادا حربا صغيرة محفوفة بالمخاطر وحققا فيها انجازا.
ولم يستند التقرير الذي اشارت اليه صحيفة 'تايمز' على مصادر موثوقة بل اعتمد على تقارير صحافية، ومخبرين وصور فيديو وصور، ومع ذلك فالتقرير قدم صورة غير مسبوقة عن جهود القوات الخاصة التي ساعدت المقاتلين. وبحسب التقرير فان هذه القوات الخاصة دخلت ليبيا بعد ايام من بداية الانتفاضة في 17 فبراير، حيث بدأت بالعمل في 23 فبراير.
وتم نشر الجنود على الرغم من الحظر الذي فرضته الامم المتحدة على تصدير الاسلحة والخبرات العسكرية لطرفي النزاع. ويقول التقرير ان القوات الخاصة ارسلت في مهام خاصة في البداية من مثل اجلاء عمال النفط وجمع معلومات عن المقاتلين الذين بدأوا يحاربون النظام. ولكن عملهم توسع بعد ذلك من خلال تدريب وتقديم الاستشارة للمقاتلين، والقيام باختراق للمدن التي كانت تحت سيطرة النظام اضافة الى تقييم اثر الغارات ودقتها، كما وفروا الحماية لقادة المعارضة المهمين، وهربوا اسلحة وقاموا بحراسة المنشآت الصناعية المهمة.ويقول التقرير ان التخطيط للزحف نحو طرابلس بدأ في نيسان (ابريل) حيث تم الاعتماد على قوات من قطر والامارات، ويزعم التقرير ان هذه القوات قامت باختراق العاصمة واتصلت مع المعارضة هناك حيث حضرتها لساعة الصفر.
ويقول التقرير ان معظم القوات الخاصة استخدمت لجمع معلومات من اجل تحسين قدرة مركز عمليات الناتو على تحديد واختراق العاصمة، وقاموا بنقل معدات وكذلك اداروا عمليات حرب نفسية.
وقال التقرير ان جنود الدول العربية الذين كان بمقدورهم التحرك بحرية بدون ان يكتشفهم الموالون للقذافي قاموا بالدور الاكبر في عمليات التدريب. ويقول التقرير ان قرار الزحف على طرابلس اتخذته المعارضة لكنه جاء نتاجا للجهود التي قامت بها القوات الخاصة الاجنبية.
