تهريب البنزين بين الحكومة و المواطن؟؟

قرأت قبل قليل مقالا حول مشكلة تهريب البنزين ،، وما يسببه من شح هذه المادة ومشتقاتها وقريباتها في المناطق الحدودية ،، طبعا توالت تعليقات في شتم الحكومة وسوء التسيير كما هي عادة الجزائري من إبصاره للقذاة في عيون الآخرين وينسى الجذع في عينه ،، فالمتسبب في التهريب هو المواطن بالدرجة الأولى فهو من يقود استهلاك بلاده للهاوية ويتسبب في إنهاك هذا الإقتصاد المنهك أصلا ،،وها هنا اذكر قصة احد الإماراتيين دخل للتسوق في احد كبار الأسواق حيث يجري تخفيض الثمن للمواطن الإمراتي ،، فطلب منه أحد الوافدين أن يشتري له ساعة بحكم ان سعرها سيكون أقل ،، فأجابه ان هذا خيانة للوطن ،،!! نعم إخوتي إن علاقتنا بالوطن وجب ان تتعدى مجرد الحكومات ،، فهي علاقة مثل علاقة الرحم أي حتى ولو لم ينصفنا الوطن وجب أن نصله ونواليه على أي حال،، طبعا ،، متأكد أن حال الثوري المتحمس سيقول في أحسن أحواله ،، أن الضروف القاسية هي التي دفعت بالمواطن ليسيىء ويخرب وطنه،، فنقول له إن الحرة تجوع ولا تأكل بثديها ،، أمّا اسوء احواله فستكون خلل عقدي كبير حيث سيعتقد ان إصلاح الأوطان يكون بتغيير الحكومات والسلاطين ،، وهذا كما اسلفت خطأ عقدي كبير ،، لأن الإصلاح وبسنة جميع المرسلين يكون على مستوى الفرد ،،

إبحث في أسواق السيارات العاصمية لن تجد بيجو 505 لأن معضمها موجود في شرق البلاد لأن خزانها ذو سعة كبيرة و هي بنزين و ليست مازوت.
يقوم شباب هذه المناطق فور إقتنائها بتركيب قارورة الغاز gpl لكي يُحتفظ بالنزين و يستهلك فقط الغاز اثناء التنقلات و لعلم الأعضاء أن ولايات الشرق خصوصا خنشلة أم البواقي تبسة تعاني من ندرة في البنزين ولكل من زار الشرق متجه للجنوب عليه أخذ هذا في الحسبان وعليه التزود بالبنزين قبل الدخول في الولايات المذكورة.
وكما يروج هناك فإن خزان بنزين معبأ يستفيد مهربه من مبلغ 2000 دج هذا دون إحتساب ثمن التكلفة الأصلية ان ثمن الخزان
