“الجنائية الدولية” تستمع إلى ادعاءات بالاغتصاب ضد القذافي وأولاده



كشفت تقارير إخبارية، أمس الأحد، أن “طبيبة نفسية تعمل في بنغازي، ستطلب من المحكمة الجنائية الدولية إصدار مذكرات توقيف بحق معمر القذافي وأبنائه لامتلاكها أدلة على تورطهم في عمليات اغتصاب واسعة النطاق”. وذكرت صحيفة “صنداي تايمز” التي تصدر في مالطا، أن الطبيبة سهام سرقيوة، ستدلي بشهادتها أمام المحكمة في لاهاي، وستقدم قصصا تفصيلية عن جرائم اغتصاب ارتكبها الديكتاتور السابق وأبناؤه.
وقالت سرقيوة: “إن خمس نساء كن يعملن حارسات شخصيات للقذافي وافقن على الشهادة بأنهن تعرضن للاغتصاب بشكل منتظم من قبل الديكتاتور السابق وأبنائه”. وأعربت الطبيبة عن سعادتها لأن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية مستعدة لاستقبال هؤلاء النساء والشعب الليبي والاستماع إليهم. . وقالت سرقيوة إنها ستطلب من المدعي العام للمحكمة، لويس مورينو أوكامبو، إصدار مذكرات اعتقال بحق كل أبناء القذافي ورئيس الوزراء السابق البغدادي المحمودي، الذي صدر بحقه حكم الأسبوع الماضي بالسجن لمدة ستة أشهر في تونس لدخوله البلاد بصورة غير مشروعة. وذكرت أن “أبناء القذافي قادوا مليشيات أجرت اغتصابا ممنهجا خلال الصراع” في إشارة إلى دليل مزعوم أن آلاف النساء تعرضن للاغتصاب على يد قوات موالية للقذافي خلال الصراع.
وأضافت الطبيبة النفسية أنه ظهر نمط في القصص التي روتها النساء المغتصبات، حيث يتم اغتصابهن في أول الأمر من قبل “الديكتاتور” ثم ينقلن إلى أحد أبنائه وفي نهاية المطاف إلى كبار المسؤولين من أجل مزيد من الانتهاك قبل أن يطلق سراحهن في نهاية الأمر. وذكرت سرقيوة أن المجلس الوطني الانتقالي في ليبيا أيد جهودها لكنه لم يفعل سوى النزر اليسير للمساعدة. واستقبلها مسؤول حكومي بارز السبت في مطار مالطا، ويتوقع أن تقدم ملف الاغتصاب للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في غضون أسبوعين.
