زر شيفت shift لا يعمل..ما الحل رجاءا

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله وبركاته

لدي مشكلة...صغيرة في اعين الكثيرين و لكنها عندي كبيرة
خانة شيفت shift في لوح المفاتيح لا تعمل...و كلا الزرين الايمن و الايسر لا يعملان...
لا ادري كيف احل المشكلة خاصة ان الكتابة بالعربية يحتاج لهذا الزر كثيرا...

اخت رحيل اشك ان المشكل في لوحة المفاتيح
لنقطع الشك حاولي استعمال Clavier visuel
اذهبي الى
Démarrer
Programmes
Accessoires
Accessibilité
Clavier visuel

او اقصر طريقة اكتبي الامر
osk.exe
في نافدة Exécuter
فيظهر لك Clavier visuel مباشرة

وحاولي استعمال زر الشيفت فيه فان عمل
فاظن ان مشكلتك في لوحة المفاتيح

اقتراح حل:
هل لوحة مفاتيحك موصولة بوصلة usb بالكمبيوتر؟
وهل حدث وقمتِ بالضغط مرات متتالية (5 مرات مثلا) على هذا الزر ؟
مانسخة ولغة الويندوز خاصتك؟

اقتراح حل:
هل لوحة مفاتيحك موصولة بوصلة usb بالكمبيوتر؟
لا...الوصلة عادية...
وهل حدث وقمتِ بالضغط مرات متتالية (5 مرات مثلا) على هذا الزر ؟
ربما ...لا اذكر جيدا..
مانسخة ولغة الويندوز خاصتك؟
ويندوز7..فرنسية

مشكور اخي...
مع العلم فقط انه حدث هذا من قبل و لكن الامر يتصلح بعد مدة قصير معتقدة ان زوجي هو من يصلحه..و لكن علمت انه لم يكن يعمل شيء و ان الزر يشتغل مرة اخرى دون معرفة كيف يحصل ذلك...

خطوات تجريبية:

اولا افصلي اللوحة ثم اعيدي وصلها (من الافضل في مدخل اخر)

لو استمرت المشكلة

ثانيا اضغطي مرارا بصورة سريعة على الزر شيفت وان حصل وظهرت نافذة صغيرة عنوانها : sticky keys اختاري الزر : لا. وانتهى

لواستمرت المشكلة

ثالثا يمكنك تنظيف مكان الزر في اللوحة وهي مفصولة طبعا باستعمال القطن وبعض الكحول (هذه مستبعدة طبعا حسب ردك على فارس سابقا)

واخيرا لو استمر الوضع هكذا، فالاحسن اقتناء واحدة جديدة

الظاهر أن الحل الوحيد هو شراء لوح مفاتيح جديد...

العفو .. ذاك ما كنت اعرف من سبل ولعل للاخوة هنا طرقا اخرى لا اعرفها

على العموم لو اضطررت لشراء لوحة جديدة اختاري الاجود (ماركة معروفة dell مثلا ) لان الفرق فس السعر سوف لن يكون كبيرا جدا ~ 700 دج تقريبا
