"لم يكن لدي مشاكل، أنا أستاذة وزوجي عامل بسيط، وكنت أترك ابني لدى حماتي للإعتناء به، وأعترف أنها كانت تعتني به بأتم معنى الكلمة، وبالرغم من أنها كبيرة في السن، إلا أن أخوات زوجي قمن بحشو رأسها، لتُفاجئني بأن آخذ الطفل إلى دار الحضانة، أو تقوم بالإعتناء به مقابل مبلغ مادي كل شهر" تصمت للحظات ثم تكمل قائلة:"لقد ذهلت ولم أجد ما أفعله سوى حمل ابني لوالدتي ..."

اخترت هذه الفقرة من المقال المنشور في الشروق اليوم و ما سببه نشر أجور الأساتذة و المعلمين من مشاكل لأصحابها...
السيدة و حسب كلامها تتهم الوزارة بخلق مشاكل لها لم تكن موجودة قبل نشر الأجور..أليس هذا خداع و افتراء و تهرب من المسؤولية...؟؟
أنا لا أدافع عن الوزارة...فهم سبب بلاء أيضا...و لكن ليس من العدل تغطية أخطاءنا و أنانيتنا و الإختباء و راء أخطاء الآخرين...
أنت وحدك يا سيدتي سبب مشاكلك...
أنت السبب لما أخفيت أجرك على حماتك..التي قبلت الإعتناء بابنك رغم كبر سنها كما تقولين..و هذا يدل على طيبتها و كرمها و حرصها على ابنك الذي ما كان ليلاقي معاملة أحسن في الروضة و لا في مكان آخر...
حماتك ما كانت لتنتفض لو أنك قابلت جميلها بهدية بين الحين و الآخر أو بمبلغ رمزي تصرين عليها كي تأخذه مقابل تعبها مع ابنك...
لو أنك كنت تعبرين لها عن امتنانك لها ما طلبت منك ما طلبت...
حماتك اعتنت بابنك شفقة على ابنها ذو الدخل البسيط كما تقولين...

هذه المشاكل كلها في المجتمع
لماذا لا تأخذ المرأة العاملة عطلة طويلة المدى اي حالة اداع ريثما تربي اولادها فالمشرع لم يتجاهلها
اليوم نري في كل القطاعات في الدائرة او البلدية او الولاية اومركز الضمان الاجتماعي هذه ظاهرة اصبحت عبارة عن ديار حضانة وليس ادارة ربما موجودة في القبة كذلك في مقر الشروق او النهار لماذا لا نتكلم على بناء ديار حضانة مثلا تعلمي لماذا لانها موجودة وكثيرة هههههههههههه
فهذه الأستاذة مثلا بمجرد مسكها ل 40 تلميذ الا يحق لها أجر محترم حتى و ان كانت بمثابة حضانة كما يدعي البعض ما بالك لو مسكتهم و قامت بعملها باخلاص و ترك ابنائها

من المفروض ان تكون سعيدة لانها وجدت يدا امينة تربي لها ابنها حتى ولو دفعت من اجل ذلك نصف راتبها ،،

غاليتي رحيل أشكرك أوّلا على طرحك لهذا الموضوع و لديّ إضافة على ما تفضّل به الإخوة الكرام.
أرى أنّ هذه العاملة كانت أنانيّة لم تفكّر إلاّ في مصلحتها، فحماتها ليست ملزمة بأبنائها حتّى لو كانوا أحفادها و عزيزين عليها أكثر من إبنها، و لكن الأبناء ملزمين من أمّهم
و ما دامت إختارت العمل ادّبّر راسها و ما تتكلش على حماتها.
و لو كانت ذكيّة لما بخِلت على حماتها ببعض الهدايا أو النّقود من حين لآخر
أتساءل لماذا لم تترك هذه المرأة إبنها عند والدتها أ ليست الأقرب؟؟؟
المهم عليها إحترام قرار حماتها و لتفكّر بذكاء لتجد حلاّ
