صفقة الأسرى إبداع في التنفيذ وبراعة في التفاوض

القسام ـ خاص:
أكّد المحلل العسكري اللواء "أمين حطيط" أن استعادة الحق الفلسطيني لا يكون بأسلوب التفاوض وأسلوب التنازل وإنّما بأسلوب الضغط وأسلوب المقاومة .
وقال حطيط خلال مقابلة خاصة مع موقع القسام الخميس ( 13-10-2011م) :" إن التعاطي مع العدو الصهيوني لا يمكن أن يكون إلا بمنطق القوة والاحتلال لا يؤمن إلا بمبدأ التجارة وتبادل المصالح فإن لم يمكن هناك القوة التي تفرض عليه التنازل لم يجد له مصلحة في التنازل أو التراجع فإنه لا يتراجع" .
وأضاف أن التفاوض مع الكيان الصهيوني في يدٍ ضعيفة أو غير أوراق ضغط هو تفاوض يكون لهدر الوقت وليس لكسب المصالح وتحقق واستعادة الحقوق ، وهذا المبدأ يذكره الجميع أنه في "لبنان" لم يكن هناك إمكانية لاستعادة مخطوف أو مأسور أو معتل إلا بالتبادل ولم يكن هناك أمكانية لتحرير الأرض إلا بالقوى والمقاومة المفاوضات لم تؤدِ إلى شيء وقرارات الأمم المتحدة لم تؤدِ إلى شيء.
وشدّد المحلل العسكري حطيط" أن المنطق السائد لتعاطي مع العدو الصهيوني هو منطق القوة فإن كنت قوياً تستطيع أن تستعيد حقوقك وإن لم تكون قوياً أو تملك أوراق قوى فإن حقوقك ستبقى محتفظة في اليد الصهيونية .
وتابع حديثه أن الصفقة تأكّد هذا المبدأ فحركة حماس بامتلاكها ورقة قويه في يدها واحتفظت بها لخمس سنوات وأكثر واستطاعت بهذه الورقة أن تفرض المنطق القوى على العدو الصهيوني وتجبره على إبرام صفقة التبادل" .
براعة في إدارة ملف التفاوض
وأشار حطيط أنه يسجّل للمفاوض الفلسطيني قدرة وبراعة في التعاطي مع تفاصيل المسألة وعمق المسألة من أكثر من ناحية و إصراره على إخرج كل النساء شمول الصفقة من كل المناطق التي تعني القضية الفلسطينية والتي يوجد من سكانها أسرى لدى العدو بما في ذلك "الجولان السوري" المحتل.
وأضاف أن شمول الصفقة بكل التيارات السياسية فقد كانت حركة حماس في إبرامها لهذه الصفقة حركة فلسطينيةً عربية إسلامية فوق كل الدوائر الضيقة والخاصة للتعاطي بالذهنية العامة أن كل من هو في مواجهة الصراع هي مسئولة عنه هي تتمسك بمصالحه فهي لم تجعل الصفقة مختصرة على أبناء حركة حماس فقط بل تنوعت انتماءاتهم السياسة الفكرية والعقائدية المهم أن يكونوا ضمن دائرة الصراع العربي الصهيوني ولمصلحة القضية الفلسطينية بجهدهم .
وتابع حطيط قوله :" التركيز على الدور المصري بعد سقوط "حسني مبارك" هذا يعتبر ذكاء من القيادة الفلسطينية في التعاطي مع الحكومة وعلى الواقع المصري الجديد بشكل يشجعه للابتعاد عن الالتزام بالسياسة الصهيونية كما كان الأمر في عهد "حسني مبارك" لذلك أقول أن هذه الصفقة تعتبر ناجحة في كل المعايير في المعايير الشكلية ومعايير المبدأ الذي تمّ التأكّد عليه وفي معايير التفاصيل والشمول .
احتراف سُجّل لحركة حماس
وأكّد المحلل العسكري خلال حديثه لـ"موقع القسام" أن الاحتراف الذي سُجّل لدى حركة حماس في المجال الميداني هو في عناوين ثلاثة أو ميادين ثلاثة وهي :
الميدان الأول : هو الأساس احترافها في تنفيذ العملية ميدانياً والقدرة على أسر هذا الجندي وبقائه حياً هذا أمراً يسجل للحركة وقد كانت عملية "الوهم المبدد" عملية ناجحة وحصرية بكل المعايير هذا أولا.
الميدان الثاني : قدرة حركة حماس على التعاطي مع أمن هذا الأسير، رغم ضيق المساحة الجغرافية- كما يعلم الجميع أن هذا الأسير في غزة- وقطاع غزة هو منطقة ضيقة جغرافياً لا تتيح كثير من المخابئ الآمنة، رغم أن هذه القطاع تعرض لأكثر من عدوان وخاصة العدوان الصهيوني في 2008 وكان مشمول بنار الصهاينة بشكل كامل، فإن حركة حماس استطاعت أن تبقي هذا الأسير على قيد الحياة أمنناً رغم حجم المخاطر التي قد تحدث في القطاع .
الميدان الثالث: - هو هام أيضاً- أن الحركة رغم أنها قدّمت دليلاً على وجودها، وقدّمت صوراً على هذا الموضوع؛ فإنها اتخذت من التدابير ما يوقف العدو الصهيوني القدرة على التحقق والتقدم، ومعرفة مكان الأسير حتى تنقذه، وقد تكون في هذه المرحلة بالذات ميزة لحماس؛ جعلت الصفقة من حيث الإبرام أكثر سهولة ،وأكثر عمقاً للمصلحة الفلسطينية .
